The moment they're all rounded up, Elias looks at them, then points at the ground.

"Dig. I want you to dig a large hole."

[Sir Galahad]

Frightened and quivering they do as they are told!

[Thorn Wyatt]

Good.

In the meantime, Elias gathers a fair amount of rope.

Once they're finished digging a large hole, he calls down to them.

"Now, you're going to hogtie one-third of you. And I want a good mix, not just young men. Any women or children can be tied too."

Rose glances towards Elias, but doesn't say anything.

What kinda punishment was he planning?

People would start crying and pleading, and apologizing as others who had accepted their fate began tying up others.

Elias ignores it, waiting until the one-third of traitors had been tied up.

"Now, those of you who are untied are free to come out of the hole. Once you do, fill it back up."

A beat.

"Make sure they're good and buried."

[Sir Galahad]

The people that weren't tied would look around confused, and worried but would do as he said. Some crying as they buried their loved ones, others cried tears of joy and hope thanking the fact they had been spared, it was easy to tell which was which because the happy and hopeful ones were quite more efficient and expedient at getting the job done.

Elias waits until they're finished, watching impassively. He doesn't seem to mind the crying, nor does he particularly care about which ones are doing it out of happiness that they are being spared.

Once the ground is completely covered, Elias walks forward to stand on top of it, stamping it a bit with his foot.

"Those who betray Dirt, become one with it. Remember that."

He looks around at those gathered.

"Now, the rest of you, get back to rebuilding. No sleep tonight. There's a lot of work ahead of us."

Rose looks at the spot where many people were now buried alive. She frowns just a bit before looking away and towards Elias.

"U-um. When y-you're not busy I n-need to talk about s-something..."

Something completely unrelated to this burial, luckily.

The already dead tired members of Dirt shuddered at Elias' words, but NONE dared disobey him this time, they would work till they dropped. Some would fall in exhaustion though, would they too, be punished?!

[Cynic]

With his new spear Cynic over looks those working, looking to Elias for orders on those falling from exhaustion.

Elias glances at Rose, then nods.

"Of course. One second."

He then notices Cynics gaze, then shakes his head. As long as the people were working up until they collapse, he'll let them stay unpunished. They're doing as he asked.

"Alright. Lead the way, Rose."

"W-we can talk at h-home." she says, not really wanting to stay here! She heads off to go there!
