Preston had finished early testing and production of a prototype using the items of Leon Sudeki and it was now time to show President Asiv what he had. He would knock on his office door politely!

In his office, Asiv jumps slightly, grabbing at the documents on his desk, and bracing himself, pulling alever which would cause ankers to launch from the legs of his desk and wheels into the ground.
"Come in."
He was ready.

Preston walked with a folder and a parcel under his arm. He'd adjust his glasses as he approached the desk, extending a hand.
"Good afternoon Mr. President. I hope I'm not interrupting."

Asiv would let out a breath he didn't know he was holding before sitting up right and adjusting his collar.

"I've completed my initial analysis of the belongings of Sudeki and have distilled a basic enhancement that can be utilized by our forces on the battlefield to harness his power."
Preston would say handing him the folder with the details as he set down the parcel on his desk.
"I've brought a batch with me should you wish to start issuing them out to your soldiers in the immediate future."

Asiv would take the folder and run a finger along the lines as he read and studied what was there. The findings were interesting. As he assumed with Leon physiology as it was, there would be some draw backs, but nothing overly problematic. Some of the tools already in issue had similar, albeit weaker effects to this.

"I suspect with more time and experimentation I can produce something closer to the genuine article. But I wanted to get this to you sooner rather than later. With the rise of Aurora and the shifting of Dragons, I believe it prudent to have some surprises in the wing."
