Rose finds a door leading to an outdoor balcony. Elias wouldn't discover anything new, it was definitely a Qi crystal and it was embedded in a device. But there didn't seem to he an obvious way to activate it. Maybe Elias should try something?

Rose however while looking at the view, might've felt the urge to look up. If she did she would notice the top of Lightning Tower, Floating above them. As far she could tell there was no way one could get up there unless they could fly, or teleport there.
