Eve fumbles for a second and straightens like nothing happened as she brushes her hair out of her face. She looks around again, feeling a small sense of deja vu that keeps her nerves on edge and a pain in her chest. "I didn't think places like this were usually open." How the hell did they get here.
She raised a brow at the woman, then looked Mathew to see what he thought of that. The fuck was she?

Val and Drake attack the Raikotsu thing! They hit a solid object... Well partially solid. It was inky, and didn't take much damage from blunt force.
"You... You know my uncle? He is really strong, like my dad... I wanna be a Dragon."
Val can't remove his leg! The blood bat is absorbed by the blood clone of Raikotsu!
Lucky witnesses this... Unnerving scene!
Mathew rips the ax from the wall, and hears it. Like yesterday, the shuffling of the hospital shoes on the rubber floors of the correctional facility. He hears it before the voice.
"Mathew..."
If he looked he would see a man he knew. Darc Laguna. One of the Generals he had skirmishes with specifically. However, there was something wrong with his features. A rock arm, sparks flying around him, blood dripping off his other arm, his clothes seemed to levitate.

So Eve can worry about the silent woman her father trusts and apparently knows, or she can worry about the man who looks like he got seriously fucked up.
It's not hard to guess where her attention goes as her father steps between the three of them. She stays silent for now, keeping alert for anything else that may be coming their way.

What she saw was about as dead as dead could get and she was unnerved at the sight of it. She took a stance of her own ready for if anything made it passed Mathew.

Val grabs Lucky's face and hair in his frantic fumbling!

Drake would say backing up. If that didn't work... Drake held up his fist and his skin would begin to crack and glow white as he went to punch the Rai clone in the chest!

"Ack!" She was being grabbed in the face by the boy and it pulled her back which pulled more on his leg as it carried with them. She feared they would Fall over.

He sighed and shifted the axe to rest on his shoulder as he pulled the gun from his holster and fired it at the Qi constructed dead man. Using stone formed from the air inside of the chamber like before. Time to see how much of him was still a man.

Eve's visor forms for a small boost in case it's needed, but the thing is echoing Mathew's words and focused on him for now. She doesn't feel like drawing that attention on herself.

Drake punches the blood thing! the blood thing falls over taking Val and Lucky with it! More of the voice before a blood clone of Val shows up! Standing over them.
"I'm going to make... Everyone proud."
The blood Rai close turns back into a puddle.
The Val Clone looks down at Val and Lucky.
"Responsibility... Can I? Will I be able... Good enough?"
Mathew destroys the Qi construct as it crumples to the ground.
"Protect... What?"
Behind Avice and Eve they would be able to feel a large static charge, hair standing up, a presence that wasn't there before.
