It's still shaking its stick angrily until the mention of 'eat or drink'. The creature tilts its head one way, then the other, then jumps into the tall grass and disappears for a moment.
The grass shakes violently as it moves away....then shakes as it comes all the way back and out into view!
It pulls out its hand, showing an assortment of...nuts maybe? Berries? Either way it offers insistently.

Drake shrugs. He's had worse.
"Thank you little guy."
He would say picking at the berries and nuts.
"Now, if I could find some fresh water..."

It watches him pick at the food, leaning against its stick.
It just tilts its head.

(Ah, I understand. All good!)
After a moment of picking at the food he would look around before turning his attention back to the little creature.
"I'm looking for water, do you know where any might be?"
He would then move his arm like a flowing river while make water noises.

Then looks to the left and starts running!

After a little while of following, the creature does indeed find Drake some water! It's rapids!
The creature squats down a few feet away from it, and points!

Drake smiled. This little guy was alright. Definitely preferable than the typical human scum he was used to.
"Thanks little guy."
Drake started forward towards the water and stopped, turning around to creature.
"Here, take this as a thank you."
He would say handing the creature his make shift weapon of two sticks tied together with a vine. He would then proceed to attempt to get a hand full of water to drink.

Drake's skin starts to feel itchy.

Drake feels the itchiness all over. Not good. He starts scratching his arms looking at them to see if he can find out what is causing him to itch all over!

There's some weird plants at his feet which could be contributing.
But his stomach suddenly starts to gurgle too.
The creature leans forward like it thought the stomach was talking to it.

Drake would jump away from the plants joining the little creature. He would grip his stomach and look at the creature.
"I don't suppose you know if those berries were poisonous or not..."

Drake nodded. Yupp... This guy was just a little asshole like the rest of the world. With that Drake would shove two fingers down his throat forcing himself to vomit, specifically on the creature if he could. This wasn't his first rodeo of purging his body of unwelcome substances.

Drake purges, getting a little bit on the creature who proceeds to screech!
He feels a bit better, though it'll take time for the bumps and swelling to go down.
