Training Mr. Makaila

[Sir Galahad]

Daniel would make his way to [REDACTED] Training Facility. He would be greeted by a man who would open the door for Daniel but would remain silent even if spoken too. Once he walked inside the man would close the door. Daniel would hear the sound of the door sealing and locking into place. If Daniel inspected the room he was in he would note that the entire room was empty save for a single red light above him. There were only two ways in or out, the door he had just come in from behind him, and another door in front of him.


Once he was free of Ms. Frost, Roy himself would make his way to a central location that had be previously set up just for this occasion. Inside this room he would have 3 monitors each showing him a picture of all 3 of his new cadets in their various locations. He would also have 3 Microphones in front of each monitor so that he could speak to cadet of his choice as they each were tested.

[Gunslinger]

Daniel follows swiftly, then stands in the room. He looks about, noting the lack of... anything, in the room, and waits for instructions for the moment.

[Sir Galahad]

The would be static before a voice would come over an intercom in that room.

"Ah, welcome Mr. Makaila."

Roy would say as soon as he saw that Daniel was ready.

"Today, you will be tested in a snatch and grab scenario. Look to your left and place your hand on the wall. Doing so will reveal a map."

If Daniel did so the entire wall would become a map revealing him at the bottom and his objective at the top there were three main paths that he could take to get there one on the left, one in the middle, and one on the right. With a lattice work of other paths connecting the other three.

"You are to take whatever path and means you would like to get the enemy base and recover the object, you will know what it is when you see it. I don't care how you choose to proceed with accomplishing this task, just know that the environment will react to you and your actions."

Roy would let those words sink in for a moment.

"Now, as soon as you are ready place a hand on the door in front of you and proceed."

[Gunslinger]

Daniel does place his hand on the map, studying it for a few moments.

Then, he turns and heads for the door, intending on taking the left path at first.

[Sir Galahad]

Before the door opened he would hear Roy's voice again.

"Oh, and by the way, the area will be crawling with other Prota operatives, they are not friendlies."

With that the door would open to reveal that entire area he is in looks like a compound of some sort. Multiple buildings and houses all along the paths. So far all 3 paths looked clear to travel down.

[Gunslinger]

Daniel nods in response. He doesn't want to speak in case it gives away his position.

He starts heading left, staying low and looking to get towards cover so he can start sneaking behind the buildings.

[Sir Galahad]

Daniel finds some shrubbery to hide behind. This gets him close to one of the house's. Once behind the house if he peeked around he would see two men in what looked like martial arts training Gi's with emblems on them.

[Gunslinger]

Daniel watches them, checking to see if they're patrolling or staying in one area.

[Sir Galahad]

They appear to be staying in one area just talking.

[Gunslinger]

Perfect.

He moves to sneak past them, not engaging them if he can help it.

[Sir Galahad]

He... succeeds, the two don't notice him as he scuttles behind another house.

[Gunslinger]

Daniel continues, looking about for more sentries as he moves along the path.

[Sir Galahad]

About a quarter way through the trail he discovers what appears to be a lone sentry patrolling this area. He too was wearing the same garb as the other two operatives. This time however Daniel would be able to clearly see the emblem on his Gi top, it was the Sudeki family crest. These were no ordinary Prota Operatives they were Sudeki Mercenaries that had been hired by Prota.

Hmmmm...

Daniel studies this one as well, trying to see the Sudeki mercenary's patrol route.

He's... unsure, of how well his combat skills match up to theirs, to be honest.

The man is walking back and forth between two buildings. To quickly for Daniel to sneak by successfully. It looked like his only option were to take this guy out or find another route.
