Personality:

Sessha is an eternal optimist, willing to cheer anyone on...even those against her. That's not to say she'd ever lay down and die if someone was trying to kill her, but she would definitely believe in their efforts and encourage them to keep trying! She has a strong sense of justice, eager to help those in need!

She's generally calm and approachable but has a wanderlust and strong curiosity that can make her more excitable and almost child-like. She enjoys peaceful settings with tons of opportunities to relax and think as she finds she gets a tiny bit too excited around flashing lights and loudness. This excitement tends to be the trigger for her accidental Qi uses, so she tries to avoid awkward situations like that when she can. It's not that she's ashamed, though. It's more than she's thoughtful enough to avoid melting the skin off a person.

Sessha is playful during battle, but still demonstrates a fierceness that's almost unexpected. She was raised through battle after all, she can't be slacking off!

History Information

History:

Sessha hails from 241. Supposedly.

Though she knows she’s adopted, Sessha never much cared for what exactly she was supposed to be. Was she part human? Was she a race all her own? It didn't matter. What mattered was that her village and family loved her for who she was, and her differences were seem as little more than as though she had a large birth mark. It's almost distracting at first, but you get used to it.

Despite learning English, Sessha always had a thick accent she couldn’t get rid of. She could also speak a different language that few could quite translate. No one had taught it to her, she just seemed to sort of know it. At times, Sessha would mix both languages, causing it to be hard to understand her. Sometimes she just uses the unknown one and that makes it even worse. At times her actions are all it takes to full translate her meaning.

Like most children, Sessha was taught to fight, but she never showed any use of a Qi. Due to this, Sessha strictly relied on her own skills and wit to out-do her usually much bigger opponents.

She found that as she grew, she developed an affinity to snakes. The wild ones she came upon could ‘speak’ to her in a sense, and she could communicate back with them. The same could be said with certain bovine species, but they were never nearly as interesting to her.

Sessha finally showed signs of a Qi in an unfortunate situation. Her excitement over some of her friend's stories about being part of Cabal had caused her to spew out an acidic gas that left their skin burned and melting up until a healer intervened. A freak accident. Nothing to worry about. Only there was tons to worry about as every time she became wound up in some way, the acid would spill. Thinking it best to have her learn to control herself, Sessha was sent to Cabal to figure out this new and exciting part of herself while still being able to offer herself up as a soldier due to her training.

It was sad to leave the village, but a new exciting chapter in her life was just beginning!

Sessha spent time at Paradigm for the most part, but would eventually leave once the world fell apart. She did what she could to seek out those who needed assistance, eager to fight for their survival. Her travels took her pretty far, though she never really know what land she ended up at.

The Mando Armor is ancient, in some cases hundreds of years old. Some ancient clan of people fused crystals together and formed metal around it for some of the most durable armor ever made. It's technique of creation lost to history, but in this time of Qi and hand-to-hand combat it's usefulness has become far more prevalent.

Once per thread the character may focus a single Qi ability through the Crystal for a boost of +8 to effects. Should the user keep feeding Qi uses into the ability in following posts through the crystal the boost will remain. However once the focus is no longer channeled through the crystal (IE a break in concentration, loss of focus, or the Qi flow is halted for any reason), the effect is lost.

Misc:

Special: "The Colossal Egg"-

This egg must be equipped in the "Special" slot for Three Assignments or Events. The Colossal Egg is like an ostrich egg. It's green and covered in moss that can't be removed permanently it just grows back.

Qi Name: Gorgon-

Sessha's Qi revolves around the various types of gorgons in existence. While she appears more like the snake-woman kind, she does share a lot of similarities with the bull as well. Acid breath, petrification, healing blood, and snakes are just the tip of the iceberg.

Strengths: Sessha's powers offer a large variation of strategies so long as she can learn to master them all. She can offer support as well as be at the forefront of battle.

Weaknesses: Sessha's arsenal leaves very little in terms of increasing her defense so she relies on keeping others away from her. Some of her abilities could also spell trouble for her allies should they stand too near.

Zero Ability: Rámalóce Súle (Dragon Breath)- Sessha spews out an acidic gas from her mouth, causing more damage the longer the affected area is left unhealed.

(Initial Damage: energy + 12 / +4 every additional Qi use to a maximum of +20)

Level 1: Halfling Petrifime (Halfling Petrify)- Those facing Sessha when she activates this ability lose -12 (-8 for two people, -4 for 3+) of their speed for 1 posts.

Level 2: Coiv- Blood(Life Blood) Sessha's blood contains healing properties and can heal for 30 as well as remove one status ailment.

Level 3: Lokë Fasse (Snake Hair)- Sessha's hair turns into snakes, granting her 360-degree vision as well as +12 to her perception. While active, the Snakes from her hair can act as extra limbs and can attack those in range.

Level 4: Lokë a lokë ooh -yes na- a lokë (Snaaake a snaaake oooh it's a snaaake)- Jesus Christs there's snakes everywhere (working this one out)

Level 5: Sangwa carca (Poison Fangs)- Sessha's bite causes her attack +12 in poison damage. If "Snake Hair" is in effect, a bite from one of her snakes can apply Poison Fangs if unlocked.

Ultimate: Medusa- Sessha takes on a larger form, growing bigger and having a snake body as her lower half. She gains a boost of +24 to all her stats for 4 posts.

Rebirth of the Sun [Qi Mutation]: Activating this ability covers you in solar fire for a few seconds in a sudden inferno that envelopes you. This can heal all of your wounds every time it's activated however it lowers all of your stats by -5. Does not restore lost stamina.
