Lasia can heal someone for 75% of her energy, for every two heals she builds 1 charge = 150% her eng, she can choose to spend the charge to fire a beam of energy that does 150% her eng in dmg, can be used 4 times a thread. (You can hold as many charges you want)
*Note: Healing someone counts as a use, so you can heal for people a thread and gain two charges but you can't attack. Or you can attack someone 4 times and not heal anyone or any other combo of healing/attacking
