What has happened here? (open)

[Tsubame Hirotaki]

Tsuabme walked aimlessly, unsure of where she was going or what the point of any of this was. She had been unconscious for years it had seemed an still had no idea how she had survived. Maybe it would have been better if she had died? Nobody she knew seemed to be around anymore and even the world itself that she had once knew was gone as well. she paused for a second looking up at a building and shaking her head, tugging hood of her long jacket down a bit.

Her eyes traced down to the emblem tattooed into her hand and smiled a bit. The old gang emblem brought back memories of a happier time, not as peaceful ironically enough but still better. She shook her head as she kept moving still unsure of where she was going to being with. 

[Arthur Woodson]

Arthur was sitting on a pile of rubble near the path, just watching as the woman passed by. His head tilting at the manner of her dress, a finger lifting up to tap at his mask as he contemplated whether or not to engage. He couldn't make out what was on her hand, but the way she gazed at it and smiled he could only assume it was important. Perhaps a sigil.

How fascinating. It very well may be worth his time to observe her and see where she was going, or who she was meeting.

Tsubame walked as she traced a hand over the back of her hand smiling a bit. The emblem brought her comfort as something familiar that brought back both bad and good memories. She hummed to herself as she walked before stopping. Something was wrong or if not wrong off. She looked around as her hand dipped down into her jacket. "I might be slower than I was but I can still tell if someone is watching me..who is there?" She turned slowly keeping an eye on her surroundings for any movement.

"Well I would hope so, I was hardly hiding."

He grinned beneath the mask, his head tilting the other direction as he continued to observe her from his perch on the pile of rubble and ruins.

"Are you always so paranoid?"

[Tsubame Hirotaki]

Tsubame nodded "Yes..yes I am" she smiles a bit despite herself. Crossing her arms she keep on hand within her jacket as she relaxed. "so..you are the first person I've seen since waking up so maybe you can tell me..what has happened here" she sweeps a hand towards the rubble and wreckage. "I'm not sure what I remember last...it's foggy but it was not this bad"

"What do you mean what happened here?"

What an odd question.

[Tsubame Hirotaki]

Tsuabame frowned, had he missed the part about her being unconscious for over twenty years? Or had she forgot to bring it up in the first place. Perhaps she had forgotten, she would go with that "I've been in a coma for over twenty years...things are...not the same shall we say." she sighs "I've yet to get a solid explanation"

[Arthur Woodson]

"Twenty years?"

That was longer than he'd been alive.

"What's it look like? The world ended and now we scavenge like rats for scraps while the privileged few consume what's left."

[Tsubame Hirotaki]

Tsuabme turned and looked around once more. "I thought it was something like that, but still how is it still this bad after..how long?" she shakes her head "Never mind, maybe you can tell me where the nearest how do I put this.." she taps her chin "Direct me to civilization or what might pass for it?"

[Arthur Woodson]

"People are terrible creatures."

He said with a slow shrug.

"I can, but it would depend on what type of civilization you are looking for."

[Tsubame Hirotaki]

Tsubame nodded in agreement "People can be indeed terrible"She thought over what she wanted and sighed "Is it too much to ask for a hot meal and maybe a shower?"

[Arthur Woodson]

"That depends, you reach into your robes. Why?"

He suspected she had a weapon, which meant she was likely going to try and turn it upon him when she was finished.

[Tsubame Hirotaki]

Tsubame smirked at bit at the question, that was fair it did seem that she was hiding something. In truth she had been resting her hand on her sword's hilt just to rest it but also to have it ready if need be. She opened her coat to show the sword."Worry not..had I wished you harm you would have been harmed"

[Arthur Woodson]

"Perhaps. But 20 years asleep might mean you'd only see yourself harmed."

One could almost hear the smirk behind the mask.

"In this land, one would hope you can actually use the blade you carry. The people that live here would rip you apart for the thrill of having the chance to be cut."

[Tsubame Hirotaki]

Tsubame frowned "hmmm..good thing that I can fight if I need to..I just do not want to most of the time..not anymore" she takes a deep breath and lets it out slowly. "so as I was saying...civilization?"
