*Enhales lightly*
"Ahhh.. such lovely air.. *coughs*.. ok maybe not the lovely.."
Eury stretched her arms up and arched her back a bit, trying to get the kinks out. It was such a beautiful morning. The sun was shinning brightly high up in the sky. There seemed to be only a few clouds, yes everything seemed to be fine as she made her way to her dresser.
*Cue screeching hault sound*
"What the..?! Where are my contacts?!"[/color]
Eury stared blankly at the place where they normally would be for a moment, then quickly began ramping through her room in a desperate search for them. If this were an anime you would see her zipping from one place to another tossing everything in her path around.
~Where are they?... Where are they?!.. This isn't happening!~
Within the span of five minutes her room had become a disaster area. It looked like a few twisters plowed through it. Her bed and floor was completley covered with clothes and other items. If it wasn't for the fact that her bed was off the floor she probably wouldn't have been able to find it. She stood amongst the mess she made staring dumbfounded, though much was a bit blurry to her considering that without her contacts her eye sight was pretty crappy.
~You've got to be kidding me.. I put them on the dresser like always..~
Poor Eury pouted for a moment, until a small shine caught her attention coming from her dresser. She squinted her eyes to try and see what it was, but decided it was useless and just walked over finding her glasses. Glasses that she hadn't worn in years. Through out the chaos in her room they had seemed to go untouched by it all.
~My contacts go missing, but these damn glasses remain?!.. What the hell is that about?!~
She frowned upon the glasses. She hated wearing them, though in all honestly they looked really good on her. Simple square frame glasses with a thin black trimming. Not bad at all. But in Eury's case she didn't think that way. The only reason she even still had them was because Kilik told her to keep just in case of anything. And wouldn't you know.
"Wretched glasses.."
Having no choice she snatched the glasses and walked out, heading to the park for a jog. Wearing black jeans and a red tank with black bold lettering that read 'Make me purr' - she walked down the streets her glasses in her hand instead of on her eyes. Which resulted in her tripping over a lot of things on her way. Oh and not to mention almost getting it by a car cause she thought the signal said to walk. That near miss forced her to place her glasses on.. finally she could see. Finally arriving at the park, she took them off once again.
~I'm damn sure not jogging with these things on...~
Isn't that a smart idea folks? As she began to jog, everything seemed to be going fine.; until a very small dog came out of nowhere. Now considering her vision is pretty crappy, we can only guess that she obviously tripped over the dog. Oh no that's not all. She ended up tumbling right smack into a tree. Yes... ouch right? Eury sat there for a moment rubbing her head and frowning upon what happen. After hitting the ground a few times, she got up and stormed over to a near by bench crossing her arms over her chest; speaking to herself.
"I can see perfectly fine without them... that stupid dog just came out of nowhere and I...I...oh who the hell am I kidding..."
Eury decided to take out her glasses and place them on. And wouldn't you know it, it was like a choir sang and the sky opened up. The world actually seemed so much clearer. But how long was this gonna last, her keeping them on? Most likely not for long at all, which would only lead to more disasters to come.
"That tree really hurt.."
Lightly Eury began rubbing her head once more, after all that was a nasty spill. God knows who saw that. >.>
