Drake would continue scrubbing as he looked up at Avice.
"That right there is what you should stop doing. Stop letting others decide what might be in your 'Best Interest' and forge your own damn path in life. No one has walked in your shoes but you, so no one can tell you what's best for you except you."
He would look back down at the stain again.
"I can't even begin to imagine what you're going through..."
Drake would say softly.

She folded her arms. "I really have nothing binding me here or anything... However I kind of want to slap your Father if nothing else. You want second dibs?"

Drake chuckled.
"That's because life is shit. There is no such thing as a 'perfect' path."
Then he would stop scrubbing and look to her with an eyebrow cocked.
"We'll see who gets to him first."
Drake smiled as he went on to scrub up the last little bit of blood.

"I think I have one more idea..." she raised her head from her hands. "I met Hades, helped Raikotsu travel there, he might be able to help or... Give some advice at the very least. Its probably the last ditch effort I make to get into the Sudeki Afterlife. If it comes up a dead end, literally or otherwise, or too risky for my liking... Then I'll just move on. Would you like to help me?"

Drake had just finished his clean up when she stated her wants and asked for his assistance. He would let a long, drawn out, exasperated, sigh...
"Fine. But mind you, this is the only time I will help you on this adventure should you continue to pursue it, If/when this trip to visit this Hades individual fails."

"Aye, its a deal then." she grinned. "Just want to leave saying I tried everything I could. It will give me time to maybe think about what I want for me as well. Let me know when you want to go and make sure your wife is alright or ask her to come with, I care not which."

"Raikotsu directed me to territory 241... and... Well shit." It's not like he directed her through any street signs. She remembered how to get there but only if she can SEE how to get there. "It's Hades, I am sure once we get there it won't be hard to find. It IS Mount Olympus after all."

"Drake..." she called after him just for a moment. He called her one of his, she had noticed. Usually, she might tease him about it but that was not what this occasion called for. "I owe you... Thank you." it was her sincerest expression.
