Avice shook her head hearing Drake, if only she could roll her eyes. She turned her attention back towards Odin's voice. "I am grateful for your advice... but it is advice I am already taking to heart. I would mention that one of my favorite stories of nordic origin was when Odin hung himself from a tree as a sacrifice to discover the runes of language that Yggdrasil held. That might say something of the way I have lived. You see... my eyes... I tore them from my own head and crushed them. They were eyes given to me by a Sudeki, the same Sudeki that I originally came here to free from an obscure and secluded afterlife and by getting them as well as much of my strength I have made sacrifice after sacrifice hoping the rewards would be great... and too few have the rewards been worth what I've spent. Risked life and limb and have nearly lost life, limb, and my first born child." her lip quivered.
"I can raise this child with no eyes at all and no more sacrifices and gambles will endanger either of us... I no longer wish to make foolish choices. But I was guided here by Dionysus because he said there might be some advice you can give me so that I might not have to go through my life unable to see my child's face. I have no clear guaranteed answer to free my friend from his prison so I'll break that promise because I am not willing to risk the unknown. However, I do wish to see with my own eyes the next steps I take down this path hoping that it's not off a cliff."

Odin's one eye would drift over to stare at Drake before he laughed a bit.
"That may be your problem, Child. You wear everything on your sleeve, and seem to be easily antagonized."
Though he would turn back to Avice.
"To look on with your own eyes... Then you should find them. Find your eyes and reclaim them. That is my advice."

That or who knows if or not he actually kept them." if they are speaking about her old eyes, as defective as they were she was unsure if Leon actually had any intention to keep them. "Aye, I'd rather see the world in grays again than pitch black. Not a half bad idea."
She turned to Dion... Well in the direction she might have thought Dion might be but in fact she was a little off. "I am half considering to ask you if we can get a Qi sprite made of that lightning bastard while he still lives in that blasted Sudeki afterlife."

Dionysus would tap his foot rhythmically so she could face him better.
"Sorry, Qi Sprite's aren't really something we have really investigated anywhere in God territory. They are too new and were originally just a theory if I remember right. No one knows the condition for their birth or reason for their existence."
Dion felt bad about that one, but there wasn't really any answers he could give her there.
"Maybe you should retrace your steps?"

She heard the foot tapping and faced it gratefully. "I am not sure that is even possible, Asiv... Might have me put away for abandonment or treason if I am caught back where I last saw them... Not a risk I want to take to rummage through Leon's junk and find a jar of eyes..." she had a thought in that moment there after.
"Do either you Gods have an appropriate and quiet place for me to meditate?" she would rephrase. "So to say... Get me into my own mindscape without worry I could be trapped in my own mind?"

"The only one who could monitor something like that would be Hypnos... Thanatos' brother. I don't know much about the Titan of Dreams... Primordial God as he is, he spends his time resting, or shadowing his brother. Only thing I know is it would be safe, the brothers are honorable people and have a standard stand off-ish style with people."

"That sounds like this would be a lot to ask someone so high." first gods and now titans indeed. Avice was beginning to wonder if this was too much. "Hundreds of people across this land are blind and many are stronger for it. I understand the worst this Hypnos can do is say no. Then again I am willing to just remain like this to punish myself it will not be the end of the world for me. I still have a will to live, if we were to see him... Would he even consider this fool worth his time?"

It was a bit sudden and Drake made her choked on her breath she wanted to chunk something at him and the fact she couldn't made her cheeks flush... Okay maybe it was Dyon's unexpected words as she was hardly sure he was even remotely serious.
She coughed and grunted trying to cover what she could of her embarrassing state. "Aye -cough- suppose we could give it a try. If that is all you ask for." A nervous twinge rose from her mind on if it truly was just that however.
She would turn away from Drake and Dyon and would feel the edge of the table once more to Odin and the others. "I am incredibly grateful for your time and advice. I will carry it with me and nurture it close to heart." she bowed her head to pay her respects.
