Rose would almost gleefully take the hit, giving a grunt as her foot slid and her knees bent so she didn't topple over from it. Her hand would reach out to try and grab Elias by his shirt to pull him in towards her!

Elias sure is making sure Rose gets disfigured!
In any case, he'll probably start to notice she's almost...purposely taking each hit, not putting forth much of an effort to dodge his attacks. His punch makes her head turn but she sends one right back for his face!

He's starting to notice, and it's slightly concerning.
Elias gets nailed in the cheek, blood spewing from his mouth, and he goes to grab the back of her head to pull her into a headbutt, forehead to forehead!

In that case her dizziness keeps her from fully processing everything, but she does return the kiss as her brain starts working again.
She grips his coat tightly, struggling to keep herself from throwing more punches as the fighting urge didn't necessarily die.
