Rose's skin suddenly appears patches of scale appearing markings and her eyes slit like a lizard! Her fighting itch is no longer there, but she feels pretty good! Her hands spark off raw energy and a kind of exhaust of energy exudes from her mouth!
Power Dragon Scale's: Rose can channel the fluid of the heart now fused with her body and partially transform into a Dragon of Power that gives her +15 Def, and +15 Eng, while also allowing her to breath raw energy in a breath attack that does 1/2 her energy plus her attack stat in damage in a cone in front of her.

Just when she was going to say she was done fighting and felt pretty good...
Rose's eyes widen in surprise and she looks around as if she doesn't understand what happened.
"W-what's wrong? What did I do?"
She spots the energy sparking from her hands first, looking at it in alarm before noticing the scales and some kinda fume coming out of her mouth.
"E-eh?!"

She trusts that he's honest with her!
At the very least that part makes her relax. At least if the scales don't go away she won't necessarily be harder to look at.
Of course she hasn't seen it on her face but as long as Elias isn't put off by it, that's what matters!
"I don't know about my hands...but I feel like..."
She turns away from Elias and breathes out the energy from her mouth towards a desk, destroying it pretty good.
