Out for Blood (Dime/Open) [#235]

[Jericho]

Jericho would nod, unaware of the interactions occurring between her and the Priest and the whisperer. He would remain in the entrance to the room, recalling when he was in this stage of life.

[Sir Galahad]

The man was growing increasingly annoyed at the arrogance and rudeness provided by this woman.

"And, who, is this supposed heretic suspect of yours?"

He would say in obvious disbelief.

[Dime Price]

And Dime raised a picture to show the Devoted she kept it close in hand for him to see... but not else.

[Sir Galahad]

The man burst out in laughter and quickly had to stifle it. Because of the disruption he was causing.

"Ma'am, the man you are currently accusing of being a heretic and criminal, has been traveling with myself and the high priest to every shrine, and temple we have throughout our territory. Performing every ritual in our books to honor The Great Crimson King! This man is so devout that the High Priest himself has is currently undergoing the final prayers in our most holy of holy to initiate him into Priesthood. And it is an assumption among the other priests and devouts that he will become the next High Priest!"

[Dime Price]

"Then you can confirm his and yours whereabouts the day we were attacked. If we can confirm that it would mean a great deal to clear the Zells of these suspicions and move on. I could certainly rest easier if I didn't have to worry about our blood being poisoned with doubt." She would hope a clear answer and one they can check out with all certainty.

[Sir Galahad]

The devout scowled at her.

"You have a lot of nerve General, to question the High Preist and demand his whereabouts. Do try and remember that just because you are now friendly with the new ruler that doesn't make you Holier than the High Priest. So, I do recommend that you check yourself and watch where you stand. Because as it sounds, you are putting yourself above our beliefs."

The Devout would let his words sink in with a glare, if she tried to speak again he would cut her off.

"Our location at the time of your incident was the great temple on the east side. In the center of Zells home. Go there on your own time to question the High Priest's protege's alibi. But now you must leave. Any further disturbances and you will be banned from this holy site."

[Dime Price]

"Thank you for your time." She said in a calm and sincere voice once he was done she would wait for him to leave before she even moved however.

[Jericho]

Jericho heard Dime moving and proceeded to walk beside her. "What did he say?"

[Dime Price]

"We go to the East Temple." her voice was hard and monotonous. She spun on her heels and would leave the shrine with haste and silence.

Every fiber of her being was seething. Being talked to like that after all she tried to do for them oh how she burned and ached to tell him off. Yet that would serve no purpose nor would it aid their cause. They would throw at Dime how much she was like Quarter after all and her time in this home would come to an end.

[Jericho]

"Why."

[Dime Price]

"To confirm their claim to being there at the time of our attack. The Devout claim our fellow to be amongst the most Devoted and if that is true they were there at the time of the crime and in no way could that man be one of the suspects we seek and thus clearing the Blood Zells of all crime..." she grunted trying not to take her anger out on Jericho or anyone else she had within eyeshot and arms reach. "If you wish not to come you might do well to stay behind and keep an eye on them in case they lied and this is a goose chase?"

[Jericho]

Jericho nodded. "I will stay behind. I will carry out my own investigations."

[Dime Price]

She stopped by her quarters in the castle and would grab a bit of gear and keys before heading below. There was a rag tag and patchy lot of rusted vehicles of various sorts that belonged to the Zells for free use. One way for her to solo her travel to the other Temple grabbing a dirt bike it roared to life and she took off to the Eastern post

[Sir Galahad]

It wouldn't take too terribly long but Dime would soon arrive at the temple, and it seemed as majestic as ever... to the Blood Zells at least...

[Dime Price]

She paused a moment caring about how the ride gave her time to cool her head and she was able to take this opportunity to appreciate the Temple as it was. She didn't come to this or the others terribly often as her main concern was the home Base. Everyone wanted the throne so everyone used that as ground zero for many of the battles they faced in the past. The other Temples were mostly unscathed and held their original marvel.

A moment of silence she would begin to find the Devout and the guards of the East.
