He would ask as if SHE was the delusional one.

"No." Ali agreed with the concept of not normal with a tone as unamused as her expression. "It's not." The angel would walk calmly - well, hover really, up towards Lann and slap him across the face. "Snap. Out of it."

Lann's brow furrows, and he looks at Ali like she's crazy. Even if he didn't really feel it.

Ali looks at Lann like he just asked why she fidn’t Think the sky was blue. She took a deep breath and pointed at the air that was/had been? Blowing around them, and all the damage that came with it.
“That's why. Do you normally go around doing this sort of thing, or are we just lucky?”

Lann frowns, looking around.
Maybe... maybe this wasn't such a good idea.

He tries to bring it to a halt, struggling at first.

He'd watch. And this time he would notice the struggle in reverse. He seemed to struggle with dissipating the rampant power. Maybe this kid really didn't mean to unleash this hurricane... Drake would step forward so Lann could hear him over the loud wind.
"Don't try to turn off the whole storm, or control, instead recognize the storm as being the water already outside of the faucet, just turn the faucet off."

"I know." Ali sighed and looked around at Drake and the area around them. She shook her head and looked back at Lann.
"Sometimes new abilities lead to damage. It just needs some more work." She would nod in encouragement(?) and step back as Drake continued his instructions.

"Okay... ooookay......"
Lann takes a breath, then slowly tries to cut the power to the storm.
It begins to peter out, bit by bit, until finally the wind stops.
Lann's cheeks flush in embarrassment, and he looks at the ground.
"Uh... sorry about that..."

Drake would let out a heavy sigh and roll his eye. Folding his arms he would shake his head.
"It's fine. But I hope that from now on you practice delegently so that a mistake like this doesn't happen again."
He crack his neck.
"Cause next time I won't go so easy on you."
Never mind the fact that this guy just took one of Drake's punches to the face with little to no reaction what so ever...

And the slap across the face...
Ali nodded as nodded at the mention of diligent practice as the duo nailed the point a little deeper.
"Neither of us were hurt. I double Cabal's going to fall apart." Was that dry humor? Maybe. She stepped back as Lann seemed to get himself and his powers back in check.

Lann laughs awkwardly at Drake's threat. He's sure he was just kidding. Maybe.
"Aha... I'll uh... I'll try. Maybe next time I'll start smaller..."
Kind of like he was doing. Only badly. He glances at Ali, and blushes a little more at the fact she was... well, nice.
"I'm glad. I don't want to hurt people if I can help it. That's why I wanted to try and get a better hold on my power."

Drake would hold out a hand to offer Lann some help off the ground.
"You've got a lot of potential inside of you. Never mind the other things... You should really find yourself a good Qi instructor. If you can't find one here at Cabal. Then I would suggest you travel back with me to my Clan, we have teachers there that could help train you to hone that power of yours."

"If you came all the way here to learn, there's probably a reason for it." Ali would shrug. She coudln't say much; she spent half her time here and the other good chunk of it in Aurora.

What a dilemma....
"I have been learning here."
Lann nods towards Ali, agreeing with her statement.
"But... they haven't really taught me that much about my own Qi. Just... these other ones that have been showing up. Ahhh, but I'm supposed to go help Cael and Faye while they're roaming around..."
He bites his lip, unsure.
"Maybe... maybe I'll come by while we're traveling? And you can help my friends too."
