[Sir Galahad]

"I don't care."

Was all Valerian got in response!

Marin goes left! It goes on for ever! There aren't even very many doors, a few here and there, but none seem more important than the others. Not yet anyways.

[Valerian Blackburn]

"You don't dare?"

Valerian smiles at him broadly!

[Marin]

She kicks some doors open once in a while out of pure boredom, but otherwise keeps skipping along so long as there's nothing of note behind them.

[Sir Galahad]

Marin's foot hurts as she kicked 2 or 3 doors that were locked quite tightly... but she would see some light up ahead! And something smelled... delicious!

The man would roll his eyes down to Val.

"Let me rephrase. I'm not interested in anything you want. Or anything you're trying to offer. So get lost."

[Valerian Blackburn]

"But why not?"

Val asks, getting up on his tiptoes to close the distance a little.

"You're so grumpy. You should try to unwind."

[Marin]

If it's more kitchens she's going to feel like she's gone in circles.

Either way, while she wasn't starving and less likely to steal food after the kidnapping thing, she was still curious! So she goes over to see what's going on!

[Sir Galahad]

"I'm trying to unwind. That's why I'm done with your type trying to get something from me. I'm. Not. Interested. Get. Lost."

He man would back way from Val, to gain the distance back.

Marin would hear voices. Lots of them! She had found herself a small ladder that lead straight up. There was light coming through the cracks, and she smell some delicious foods, and the voices seemed to be louder and right above her!

[Valerian Blackburn]

"And what, exactly, do you think I'm trying to get from you?"

Valerian laughs lightly.

"What could I possibly gain from just talking and enjoying this time here with you?"

[Marin]

She'd try to move whatever was blocking her, but only slightly. She wanted to be able to look first before bouncing out of what seemed to be a floor?

[Sir Galahad]

"I don't care what you're trying to get from me. That's the point. I'm just not interested in talking to you. But you've already shown a complete disregard for respecting my wishes. So why would I want to have anything to do with you?"

The man would say growing increasingly annoyed.

Marin would find that the tile lifted rather easily... and... what she would see was... a white cloth? Oh, and maybe some people's feet behind the cloth...

[Valerian Blackburn]

"Because I've found the people who push others away in a social gathering are usually the loneliest. They just try to hide it, because they don't want to get hurt."

It's a completely serious statement.

[Marin]

Hm.

She touches someones foot for fun, just to see if they react.

She can just hide back under the tile if they check under the cloth.

[Sir Galahad]

The man rolled his eyes.

"You really don't get it do you? I-"

But he would be cut off by a woman shreaking!

"Something touched my foot!"

The large man would immediately go over to the table that the woman was now pointing at. And lifted up the table cloth to see... nothing. He would roll his eyes.

"Probably just a breeze ma'am."

She scoffed and stormed off. Embarrassed at being called out like that in front of a large crowd.

[Valerian Blackburn]

Valerian gives out a big sigh, but turns to look at what the woman had screamed about!

....nothing.

He chuckles, walking over to kneel near the table, tilting his head.

"Weird that a breeze comes inside..."

He mumbles to himself.

[Marin]

Marin would cover her mouth with her hands, trying so hard to conceal her giggling...but not that well because she's 8.
