Territory 187 is a Cabal protectorate that shares a border with Vindicta towards the south. With frequent border disputes and bandits, living is harsh and the villages are scattered about, but there are some outposts to assist trade. The people live humble lives, and learn how to defend their home from unwanted trespassers as they raise cattle and otehr food on their farms.
A series of villages circling one another makes up the capital, "La Saeta," where they have small festivals and markets. Most of their wealth comes from trade, and their medical knowledge is crude.
