Where does this even end? (Cara/Cillian/OPEN)

[Cillian McWolfe]

"It's not so bad. It means you have the power to protect those you care about. And those that can't protect themselves. It's a rough world out there, I'd like to think I make it more bearable for some."

[Kaia Galanos]

"Uhuh."

Kaia would glance over at the other two before staring off in the direction he'd pointed her to. At the very least she got one useful thing out of him.

"Yeah, we do too."

Whether or not Cara and Cillian followed, at this point she was just gonna leave.

She had stuff to do. Like deep dives.

Deep dives.

[Cara Dunn]

"You got it." The conversation took a weird turn for a moment with all teh silent staring, as if there was a secret the new kids noticeably weren't in on.

"Sure thing." She didn't know what was up, and other than teh abrupt leave they seemed fine. But Kaia was also already moving on with les smile than before, and they were part of her party.

"Guess we do too. See you next time, Red."

[Cillian McWolfe]

Cillian would wave goodbye and run to catch up with the girls!

[Zack Asiv]

After the farewells the group would move on and eventually find a pond of crystal clear water, some tree's and a large crevice where the pond acted as a waterfall into.

[Kaia Galanos]

Kaia's mostly interested in the water for now, somewhat interested in seeing if something could live in it or if it was too shallow.

And also to check out the waterfall crevice!

"Well this is a nice spot." she'd note as she observed. "Sort of a have-a-picnic-and-relax vibe."

[Cillian McWolfe]

"I agree, though if this is meant as a training ground there could be more to it than meets the eye."

He would investigate the trees and waterfall. Looking for something that may call this area home, or tracks.

[Cara Dunn]

“Makes sense. If it’s training, it can’t just be empty.” Cara would take a moment to look for signs of life around the pond and trees! Footprints, bits of fur, any sign of a recent visit.

[Zack Asiv]

Kaia would note the water seemed rather deep, but didn;t seem to get deeper or more shallow with it feeding a waterfall which probably meant some sort of underground waterway.

Cillian wouldn't find tracks, but the tree bases seemed to have odd scratch marks and golf ball sized green flecks all over them.

Cara on the other hand would find area's that gave shade on the banks of the pond had belly slide marks for very large amphibious creatures.

[Kaia Galanos]

"Well. We can split up and chase whatever trails we find and see what happens." Kaia would suggest, before just jumping into the water.

She was gonna see if she could find any tunnels or something.

[Cillian McWolfe]

"That may not be wise."

He'd say, drawing his blade. Buuuuut she was gone.

[Cara Dunn]

"Careful, there's something that likes the water." Cara straightened after examining the marks, bow drawn as Kaia splashed about. She remained at the bank, bow drawn as she tried to keep an eye out for anything tha tmight think their companion was an intruder.

"There are tracks along the banks," she continued, though it seemed her words for Cillian. "There are marks everywhere." She would stop just beyond the edge of the water, waiting to see what Kaia found while she watched the water. 

[Zack Asiv]

Kaia finds there are many tunnels under the surface some pushing water, others pulling. It would be dangerous to get too deep or too close tot he pulling ones.

Cara can see something, a ripple that shouldn't be there.

Cillian finds that the flecks lead from the tree's and to a near by brush area.

[Cillian McWolfe]

He hesitates, curious about what was in the bushes before heading to the water.

"You alright in there?"

[Cara Dunn]

Cara keeps her bow aimed at the ripples!

"Something's coming." A sharper tone but no shout, she's just not sure how much Kaia is or isn't paying attention.
