Painfully Hunting For Strength (Leon, Rai, OPEN)

[Cain Rhamos]

Heavily bandaged from his fight with Ali, as well as the fact he'd never truly recovered from that massive explosion during the ceremonies in Zukunft, Cain is still outside in the training area.

Today, he's going old-school, doing handstand pushups in the grass while trying to keep from falling over.

[Donovan]

Donovan would walk up and stare at the spikey haired kid.

"13, 5, 15, 8, 22, 44, 4903, 329... Oh! I hope I didn't ruin your counting."

[Cynic]

Cynic would watch the interaction for now.

[Cain Rhamos]

Cain looks up....down....whatever, at Donovan, continuing to do pushups as he does so.

"I wasn't counting in the first place, cripple. What's wrong, jealous?"

[Cillian McWolfe]

"That's not very nice."

Cillian said frowning, joining the quickly growing group of people in this section of the training grounds. His eyes moving to the kid doing pushups.

"Are you sure you should be doing those while injured. If you make the injury worse you are just going to lose progress, not gain it."

[Donovan]

Donovan would ignore the first stranger altogether to look at the new arrival.

"Don't be to hard on him. As I understand it those that are weak and incapable of defending themselves find this extreme need to train, it doesn't actually help them get stronger, if you are born weak, you are weak. The end. But I think it helps them with their self esteem. That way the can keep on living while fooling themselves into believing they aren't as big of an embarrassment as they truly are."

Donovan shrugged.

[Cynic]

Well this was getting more and more interesting... Though it was becoming more and more apparent most of the people here were just as dumb, if not dumb-er than Elias.

[Cain Rhamos]

"I've had worse. I just need things to do, this place is boring..."

Cain says to the red haired guy, still working his way up and down. However, when the first one who spoke continues on, Cain lowers himself down, then gets to his feet.

"Holy fuck man, I stopped listening like, after one sentence. Are you trying to pick a fight or monologue me to death?"

[Cillian McWolfe]

He nodded in understanding. He had to trust the guy knew his limits. He frowned however as the other boy continued to vomit insults.

"I disagree. I believe all men hold their destiny in their hands. Strength is earned, not inherent. Not real strength. If you are here then I can only assume you are both gifted, however..."

He clicked his tongue.

"The way you choose to conduct yourself is going to end with someone challenging you to a duel."

And from what he had seen. Cillian wouldn't blame him.

[Cynic]

Cynic would approach now, his crimson red eyes shifting between the three.

"Maybe a battle is the best choice."

[Donovan]

Donovan rolled his eyes. Turning to look at the spikey haired guy.

"Look, I just want a fight. But you look injured, so I thought you might back out. So I wanted to press your buttons. People fight harder when they are angry."

Donovan would look the red head up and down.

"That's something that Mr. Prissy pants here probably doesn't understand."

He would say to spikey. Jabbing his thumb in Red's direction.

[Cain Rhamos]

"You wanna fight, I'll fight."

Cain wipes his hands off.

"I'll kick anybody's ass. Whether it's a cripple..."

He points at Donovan, then at Cillian.

"...or a concerned bystander, or..."

He points at Cynic.

"...ANOTHER GUY IN A MASK, GOD DAMNIT..."

Then thumbs at himself.

"I'll kick my own ass, I don't give a fuck."

[Cillian McWolfe]

He shook his head again.

"People fight better when they are in control of themselves."

He looked back to Cain.

"You have nothing to be this angry about."

[Cynic]

Cynic would grab his mask. After a moment of hesitation he would pull it off.

"You are talking to a brick wall and it's mortar."

Cynic would say to Cillian.

[Donovan]

Donovan would smile!

"Hell yeah! That's the spirit! Fuck yeah lets go!"

He would say as he cracked his neck and began jumping up and down in place to get his blood pumping!
