Rhona was quite motivated this morning training alone wasn't going to be enough, she went to the training field and saw a few people standing around.
"HEY! Who wants a good clean spar?" she welcomed. "Friends, come and fight me!" she was tying her mass of gold hair in a tight tail. She was positively glowing.

Donovan smiled as he punched his new prosthetic arm, a sleek gun metal grey arm with red crystal veins laced intricately throughout the arm, the sound was a satisfying "tink" noise.
"Hell yeah! It's bout time we got a good rumble going on!"
He would say stepping forward. A BIG grin on his face.

Spike was near by watching the proceedings. Someone calling a brawl and a Sudeki not showing up just felt weird.

Spike's eye brow would twitch as he walked out to the duo.
"Fine, watch and learn, kid."
Spike would flick his hands to his sides to loosen up as he stepped forward, before suddenly leaning forward and bursting right for Rhona, planting his feet and throwing a straight left palm strike for her face!

In her boxing stance, her hands were at the ready of this kind of attack and a block they made.
"You are fast, but I was ready..." Upon closer inspection. "Hey were you the one from the riot? Did we share a stage?"

Donovan would chuckle and take a seat, watching intently on the fight. He was going to fight one of them in just a moment! The thought filled him with excitement!

He'd grin, shifting pulling the palm strike back and changing leading feet throwing a right punch low for her gut.

With her momentary distraction, she took the punch, a grunt came from her lungs. but both hands parted her block and one grabbed on his forearm to move a quick step in his space and the other fist came from low to meet his chin!
"Fate favors me today, let us see what we missed before tragedy interrupted us!"

Spike would turn his head slightly from the chin slam, but he would try to transfer the energy from the turn of the punch to throw a low kick with his left leg for her right knee, while yanking his arm back to try and wrench it free or throw off her lost balance.
"Hahahaha!"

The arm she let go of, no need from it his kick landed. She was built firm and could take the damage He shoved it back and she let it and even used it in her follow up. Her now back foot would come right up and send a knee into his side!

Spike would move with the knee to try and take some of it's power away, but it was a hard hit. He would back peddle out of the melee with a grin.
"This will take a while if we don't use our Qi. We seem to be fairly even with our attributes."

"I can only use my Qi three or four times before it becomes dangerous for me. So I was hoping you could pick up the tempo a bit and show me something I haven't seen a hundred times already."
