Blackwater: Search and Extract! (Event)

[Raikotsu Sudeki]

Not too long after the FOB was set up a small scout party would be set up. The head of this group would be a Man dressed in a vividly different outfit than the rest of the scouts. However it was obvious that he was the one in charge due to the fact that he was directing the other scouts that ran up to him.

As the group of Cadets from the academy showed up he would direct them all to the same area so that he could address them all. However, he would wait for all to show up before addressing the group.

[Kaia Galanos]

Kaia would show up with Nem on her shoulder, petting the lizard's head as she waited for instructions.

[Cain Rhamos]

Cain stands there, arms folded, foot tapping impatiently!

[Cara Dunn]

Cara waits to see who else joins them, one hand resting in her hip as she takes in faces both new and familiar.

[Sectos Barker]

Sectos is smiling and waves to everyone there, using both hands for the most efficient waving he can!

Cillian was there, his face lacking the usual grin and smile as he waited for their mission to be laid out before them.

Acoma would be fussing about and attempting to organize the room before the briefing.

The man would look at the motley crew that showed up and sucked on his teeth. This is what he got to work with. He sighed loudly.

"Listen up."

He would say in a thick Latin accent.

"My name is Leyva Yayauhqui. You may call me Commander. You are here to supplement my forces already out in the field, and let me be clear, you are only here because there is too much for me and my men. As good as we are we can't be everywhere at once. So, this is where you come in. You Cadets are going to pick up on things that need to be looked into, but aren't high priority for my group. That being said, I was assured that you all would prove to be useful, so don't screw up."

He let his intro sink in for a moment as he once again took in this small rag tag group...

"Now, what I need from your group is simple. We've noticed strange enemy movements that don't seem to have anything to do with the main battle that is currently happening. You are to WATCH, I repeat, DO NOT ENGAGE ONLY WATCH, the enemy and see if you can discover what the enemy is doing, and then promptly report back to me."

He would again stop to let those words sink in before continuing.

"Your secondary objective is to search and extract any non-coms that you may come into contact with, as well as any of our wounded soldiers that you might find. Any questions?"

Acoma would find a Qi crystal during his tiding up.

[Cillian McWolfe]

"No Commander."

[Cain Rhamos]

Hurray. More staff that thinks the trainees are shit.

Cain folds his arms and just waits.

[Kaia Galanos]

Kaia would roll her eyes soooo hard. Poopooing your reinforcements and being that desperate to prove they totally wouldn't be needed if things were different was pathetic. Especially from an authority figure.

"Nah." is all she'd say to there being any questions.

[Cara Dunn]

Cara listened to the talking down with a flat expression, taking in the parts they needed to know about the mission and shaking her head once fi there were any questions. The Commander had been clear: he expected them to follow orders and to texpect them to know their place. No being a hero and amke sure you knew that you were less than what they wanted, just what htey had.

"No, sir." She was ready to move.

[Sectos Barker]

"No, sir."

Sectos took an oddly serious attitude when he noticed the authority being spoken at him. Like someone flipped a switch.

Upon considering the mandate from the Commander, Acoma would have no questions about the engagement. In fact, he would be quite relieved for himself and the other Cadets that there wouldn't be any engagement with the enemy.

Acoma responds, "Sir, I have no questions and I thank you for the opportunity to serve in such a manner."

[Raikotsu Sudeki]

Leyva nodded.

"Good, I'll send the starting coordinates to your PT's now."

Leyva lifted his arm to send the coordinates but his hand was shaking rather violently.

"One moment."

He would say pulling out a small silver container out of his jacket before turning around. They were hear the sound of him sniffing. Then a few moments later they would all receive pings alerting them to the area they needed to go.

"Dismissed."

Leyva would say without turning back around.

Upon arriving at their destination the group would find themselves in a small town that seemed deserted, and definitely war torn, there were even some buildings still on fire. From hear they choose to go up the main road or branch off into the alleys on either side of them. At the moment there didn't appear to be anyone nearby.
