As everyone is out and about on their day it is possible that they may come upon a flyer on a wall:
"Its that time of the year again! Protaween! It's the time of the year that Emperor Strike laughs at all the petty and failed attempts to assassinate him! Not one to miss out on some fun and comradarie Strike is inviting people from every territory to celebrate this event!
The Blood Dragon, Raikotsu Sudeki, opens up the gates to his Kingdom for all to come and join in the festivities that Prota has to offer. And those that RSVP might even be lucking enough to see inside the Crimson King's Mansion to participate in the Masquerade Ball for fun and dancing, and there is even word of a possible costume contest!!! If you are interested please join us! (Dont forget to RSVP)"
On the bottom of the flyer one can find out the location, date, and time of the event as well as ways to RSVP for the Ball/Costume contest.
