Levi's embarrassment subsided as she picked the piece. A pair of waltzes to end the night. Somehow it seemed poetic, both of them picking similar songs to end the night on, and what a night it had been. He came with her and felt the flow of the music coarse through him, though the feeling was somewhat diminished by the embarrassment he still felt. Levi's smile returned as they concluded their concert of musical exchange, the messages in which were countless and surely in need of interperetation by both of them. He looked to Kyrie, setting his cello down and leaning back in his chair, surveying his new home.
"I will never let anything happen to this place.....this sanctuary......you're always welcome....of course...."
He wanted to say more, but he knew better and was certain Kyrie knew the meaning behind what he would say anyway. For the first time in his life, Levi hoped he wouldn't have to be alone in his own home everytime he returned to it. This was his santuary, but now there was a second seat in the middle of his temple, and though he was certain it would be empty most of the time, he was glad that it wouldn't always be.

Kyrie let the silence reign a few moments before softly pressing down on the keys in a soft, gentle melody. Not anything in particular, from any sort of composer. The notes faded as Levi began to speak, and she turned to listen and give him her full attention. While she caught the hidden meanings he was implying - or at the very least, suspected, as that was easier to deal with - she could only take his words at face value for now: she was welcome to come to play at any time, and he would ensure this place remained untouched.
The petite blonde didn't want to think much more into it and shake her regained calm.
"I am certain we will play again, and I will be back, otherwise."
The only thing about the exchange that currently made her uneasy was the fact this place - or so it seemed - would become Levi's, and even though she was welcome, she didn't want to intrude. But the pianos....well, they were a huge draw, pulling her in. She gave her word for what she was willing to do, but like Levi, said no more, though perhaps her reasons were a little different than his own.
Not wanting to simply rush off, but uneasy with lingering, Kyrie reached up to gently close and lift the book of music, stand, and take it over to Levi, extending it with care and reverence with both hands and lowering herself so she was crouching somewhat, with one knee almost on the floor. Level with him. A respectful and formal gesture from herself, but she didn't realize that it also played into a larger gesture within Japanese culture. She was simply doing what came naturally.
"Thank you once again, for sharing this with me. It is no small gift, to be able to play once again."

Levi's eyes lit up at the idea of playing again; he was glad he had not made a poor impression. He had many feelings about their night together, did she understand his feelings? Were they reciprocated on any level? Had his momentary loss of control made a bad impression? He chose to simply think on this in private, now was not the time as his guest was leaving.
"I'm glad...."
He stood up as Kyrie stood up, looking down at his book as he took it, a smile on his face. He contemplated allowing her to hold on to it, but decided the gesture was not appropriate...at least for now.
"Anytime.....I'm glad we can both appreciate this book....you honor it with your playing....."

With Levi standing, there was no need for Kiyr to drop down to his level. As he took the book, she let go and backed off a couple paces. She turned the smile, dipping her head slightly in respect.
"Thank you. I bid you a good night and bright day, Levi. Rest well."
With a slight inclination, an almost-but-not-quite bow, Kyrie turned and moved towards the door. Should she not be stopped, she would pass out, and onto the streets, heading back for the claimed Dragon Territory rather than the neutral ground, shifting through the larger shadows to cut down on travel-time. It wouldn't do to get caught out in the neutral territory, and the blonde was more cautious than before.

Levi squeezed his book as he watched the dark pianist walk out to the street. He had a tinge for a moment to stop her, but quickly disregarded it. Kyrie was a sensitve individual and letting her make the big moves was probably best, especially since he had less than 100% confidence in his judgement regarding her right now anyways. He turned once she left his sight and began to look through his new abode.
