Haha I didn't realize so many things have changed since I left 259. Before anyone starts directing me to the Qi Rules and Regulations thread, please note that I have extensively read not only that thread, but also "New Qi restriction Warning" in the OOC section, as well as some additional "Qi Help" threads (both in the Help section and OOC).
With that said, thank you so much for the help/answers/insight in advance. :)
Can someone explain, perhaps a little more thoroughly, what it means to have a Qi that "does not allow it to leave the body"...? I feel like a majority of peoples' Qi on 259 have some sort of elemental Qi that they use...that doesn't really reflect this rule? But if some of these Qi users are allowed to have a Qi that falls under the category, what's the "trial period"? And what does it mean for Qi to not affect another person? Is it a loophole? Are the rules outdated? AM I JUST NOT CREATIVE ENOUGH TO FIGURE THIS OUT ON MY OWN!?!? LOL Hehe.
And this is in relation to Qi, Charisma, and the stat requirements for each 'level' of Qi.
If Charisma is the measuring stat for Qi...does this mean stat requirements for unlocking each 'level' of Qi is void? o_0 I also noticed some people don't have stat requirements for unlocking certain levels...so, are their Qi's just incomplete, or is this rule void now? Outdated?
Thank you guys so much for le help. :D

1) No Area of Effect Qi's.
- This is because Qi flows from within the body and it's nature does not allow it to leave the body. It is the spiritual force that is confined within yourself.
- Only a few Qi's that fall under this category may be allowed to have a trial period.

10) Relation ofQi and Charisma
-Charisma is your all around measuring stat for your Qi. Charisma is your Qi Strength, Qi Defence, everything. If your hit with a Qi, depending on your Charisma versus their Charisma is how much it effects you. (Unless you have a null Qi.)
