Deimian approached the door to the office of Krane. He was anxious, terrified, and excited all simultaneously. The horrendous power within him was surely about to be removed forever, the burden lifted from his shoulders. After following a trail of answered questions, he had finally been lead to here: Mr. Asiv's office. Surely, if there was anyone in the territories who could rid him of the destructive force within him, it would be him.
His feet stopped, as did the tapping of his cane. A deep breath found its way in and back out of Deimian's lungs before the fateful

The door would open and inside would be considerably ten degrees colder than outside. Sitting at his desk looking over some things would be the head of the Academy. Commander Krane Asiv, "The Kraken", without looking up just yet mirage like shimmers seem to pass through the room and objects move about, a chair slides out for Deimian to sit, and a folder flips a page as he writes. Finally he looks up with a smile that just doesn't seem genuine at all with the amount of bloodlust in his one good eye. "What can I do for you?"

Deimian heard the chair slip across the floor, yet he was spoken to by a voice that came from another side of the room. Were there two people inside??
With cautiousness not to be rude, Deimian entered, aiming for the chair by waving around his cane. He began to introduce himself, saying, "Uh yes I'm," but those were the only words that could escape before he was quickly slowed by the sudden temperature change. It took a moment to process it, but he continued as soon as he could. In the process of sitting in the chair, he continued, "I'm um Deimian Kyrikk of the Kingdom of Aedria, Territory 43. I have um," he thought about his words for a moment as he settled into the seat, "abilities... but I do not want them. I knew Cabal Academy is meant for those who have abilities, and is excellent at teaching young men and women how to better control them, use them, and incorporate them well into combat. However, I wish the opposite. I am looking to have them taken from me, and I do believe you are the head of this Academy that specializes in the use of such special abilities. So what person is there better to ask?" The red haired young man flashed a complimenting smile toward the man at the desk. "Would you be able to aid me?"

Krane would pause for a long while before speaking again.
"You wish to shackle your power? In a world that grows ever more dangerous, you are also blind. How terrible is the power?"

"I..." Deimian wasn't sure what to say. "I've... hurt people.. with this power. I don't want that to happen again." Any happiness that was in his face would fade into an uncomfortable mix of pain, sadness, and anger.

Krane would once again take a few moments to think it over as he watched the guy with his one good eye. However he would speak calmly.
"I will give you a pair of our Qi Shackles, however as a condition of this you will have to attend Cabal Academy for a time until you fully understand yourself."

In truth, he knew he fully understood himself, and there was no need for further exploration of his own person. Nevertheless, Deimian nodded a single nod. "As you wish."

Krane would take a deep breath and move to press a button. After a few seconds some security people would walk in and hand Krane the shackles. He would activate them and the energy would surround his own hands as he walked over to Deimian. He'd put the energy shackles on his wrists and they would slowly vanish.
"They are removable if needed and can be put back on. Qi is a part of who you are as someone who has it. If you hurt people with it, you lost control, if you lost control you don't understand yourself. Qi studies is a mandatory class for you. Dismissed, you will be moved into the Red Team dorm."

Deimian listened intently to the shackles, and felt them placed on his wrists. He also felt them disappear, but with them, the power inside of him. He smiled and chuckled with relief that had been desired for many years.
His smile faded when the man mentioned Qi studies being a mandatory class, but maybe it could help him learn how to fight others with Qi while not using his own. "Thank you, Mr. Asiv." Deimian spoke as he stood and his smile returned. "You have shown me a kindness and mercy that cannot be expressed or understood."
After a small bow of his head to Krane and to whoever moved the chair (who had been very quiet during the interaction), Deimian would take his cane and make his way out the room, listening intently for anything else Mr. Asiv had to say.
