Getting into the facility was easy as could be, aside from the odd looks she was receiving. She had rerouted the majority of the security footage to play on loop, which would be suspicious enough to keep most of their tech people active trying to get through the code that she had implemented... and the security itself was mostly tech-oriented. Creating a fake ID fob was a piece of cake. Most of the higher ups had very tight, handmade, Dark-Web produced security, but a few of them weren't nearly as careful. One in particular had a self-made password protecting the entirety of their account. How amateur.
She had accessed their account with ease and created a self-made ID fob. It would most likely only work for one infiltration, but that was all she needed. She thought about dressing up before she left her apartment, but at the end of the day, she knew she wouldn't be stopped. For all they knew, she was there to report some incident... and most of the TSI was busy dealing with the aftermath of the big blow-up, or dealing with her little security footage game.
It was easy for her to get through the facility and to follow the blueprint she had e-mailed to herself, allowing her access to it through her chip. She had no idea if Rai was going to be in his office or not, and at the end of the day... she probably could have just e-mailed him. Still. This felt like something she should handle in person. She tucked her hands into the pockets of her sleeveless jacket and meandered her way through the building until she found his office, using the ID fob to get through all of their security. Standing outside his door, she swallowed back the anxiety that was threatening to close her throat, and tried to push through the headache that was already beginning to build. She reached up to press her fingers gingerly into her temple, but it did nothing to relieve the pressure.
Then, without knocking or announcing herself... she simply let herself into Rai's office, and marched in. Like a Karin.

The Office would be emmaculatly clean... but also... empty. No family photos, no posters or placards on the wall, just a desk covered in paperwork, a single plant in the corner, a couple chairs in front of the desk for visitor seating. Behind the desk would be a larger chair with its back to the door facing the large window on the back wall.
"What... is it..."
A voice asked from behind the chair, she would recognize the sound of Raikotsu's voice, but it seemed strained...

She closed the door behind herself. She was unaware of how suspicious it would look for some unknown individual to come in to the CEO's office, unwelcome and uninvited, with her hood pulled up... and to close the door behind herself. Of course, she was unarmed. She didn't even know how to fire a gun, and she was definitely not any physical threat to this man. She was tiny, underweight, and had no fighting skills whatsoever.
"Y-you're the guy who planted people in the-e-e..." She cleared her throat, and stomped her foot slightly as she tried to get ahold of herself. Between the pain and the anxiety, she was squeaking as she spoke, and sounded like a prepubescent boy. "...in the apartments!"

Rai recognized that voice and it generated an auto-migraine. Which was the last thing he needed today. He had been feeling off ever since Avice had handed him that mask... That bitch probably poisoned him... He let out a loud sigh and spun his chair around. Gidget would be able to see that he was sweating, and the edges of his normally fancy clothes seemed drenched as if he had been sweating harshly for awhile...
"Yes, and what can I do for the brat with no manners? One, who I will assume, illegally managed their way through my compound and into my office?"

She crossed her arms defiantly as soon as the word "illegal" left his lips, and huffed slightly. "Look, if you don't want people making their way through your facility, maybe teach your ranked blah-blah-blah's to create worth a shit passwords. I mean, seriously? Your child's first name and your anniversary do NOT make a good password. A freakin' bonehead could hack into that." Her Jersey accent seemed to come out thicker when she was irritated.
"And I'm no brat. I'm here to tell you that you need to get those people out of my apartments. Preferably without making all that incessant racket!"

Rai just blinked.
"No. Anything else?"

"N.... No?! Did you just tell me NO? What?" She seemed genuinely taken aback at his short answer. "Look, dude, you moving people into MY apartments there has made my life rough! Do you know how fuckin' noisy my neighbors are, now? I have WORK to do."

Rai would hold out his hand.
"Alright. Hand me proof, non forged, non stolen, proof. That the entire building belongs to you."

She narrowed her eyes, arms still crossed. "You're a literal one, ain't cha?" she muttered. "Look. I'm one of the ONLY people that have lived there. It's a huge part of the reason I picked those apartments in the first place. NO ONE goes there. And now, everyone is there. People just stand outside, WAITING, and my neighbors are loud as FUCK, dude."
Gidget gave a firm shake of her head. "I can't get anything done with these reporters crawling all over the place. It was a pain just to get out this morning."

Rai sighed. Why was this child a constant thorn in his side... He leaned back in his chair and folded his arms.
"Well, MAYBE, if instead of tearing down all the posters my men set up telling people that they apartments were getting new tenants and anyone living there was going to moved and transferred to different housing. You would know everything I just said, and you would have moved out and probably be living somewhere more comfortable. But Nooooo. Not only did you have to be a petulant child ripping posters off the wall you then had to be a snoody brat when I PERSONALLY offered to rehome you, to which you responded to with a slue of insults and a bucket of candy if memory serves. So, tell me. After all these attempts to help you, and getting my hand of generosity slapped time and time again. Should I now be concerned about your well being?"

She couldn't help it. As soon as he mentioned the candy, she snickered. She tried to contain her laughter, and managed to do so after a moment, but the amusement was written all over her face. Oh yeah. She had forgotten about that.
She looked over Rai slowly, and then gave a slight shrug. "Nice to see you got the sucker out of your hair," she muttered, still smirking. Then, she shook her head, and got "serious."
"Look. Why should I have to move? Staying in one location has kind of helped me and my business. I don't need handouts, I don't need you to rehome me. I chose my location, for reasons, and I want to STAY there. This is my HOME, now. Does that mean nothing to you?"

Rai ignored her petty attempts to get under his skin. Such things were childish... However he would nod.
"On the contrary, I very much do understand how important such a decision is. In fact I am impressed with how resolute you are with your decision. However, I am not about to get rid of hundreds of people that were living on the streets in depraved conditions, back to the streets where we plucked them up from, because one little girl doesn't like the noise."

She groaned. As far as she understood it, these people were far from destitute. She had seen things being moved in and out of the apartments, people flitting by in whatever they wanted. Hell, one girl looked as if she had plenty of money.
"One. Not little. Fully grown adult, thank you very much. Two. This is bullshit, and you know it. Can't you find somewhere else for them? You're all powerful and shit, right? Why don't you move them in HERE? This building has plenty of room, and you're so worried about violence that you've got people scouring the streets like watchdogs. This is ridiculous, dude. Give them homes, but why give them my home?"

"Because a generous benefactor paid for that apartment complex to specifically be remodeled for the Meta's. As for bringing them in here, they are not prisoners, and I will not make them feel as such. That would lead to even worse problems than a CHILD throwing a fit in my office because things aren't going her way."

"I'm not a child. And I'm a hell of a force to be reckoned with, thank you very much."
Gidget shook her head, arms still crossed. Her headache was getting worse as she started to get email notifications, little lights that would appear and blink idly just in the corner of her vision. She growled softly - a far from intimidating sound - and reached up to rub her temples again. When would the headaches go away?
"Don't you get it..." she said, but her voice sounded a bit farther away, as if she were losing the train of her thoughts. "It's just... ridiculous."
