She watched DJ for a long moment, studying him and contemplating what he said. She was used to being surrounded by Qi users, at this point, but illusions seemed like they would be extremely useful.

She watched the little fireworks, tilting her head to one side and wondering, almost idly, if anything was going to catch on fire. She turned back to look at DJ, nodding her head. It was interesting, that was for sure.

"My illusions can't hurt you, but they can affect more senses than just sight." He'd say and extend a hand of his, causing a hand of his would appear next to Lorelai's head and snap softly as he did. Both sounds appeared.
"You have any Qi powers?"

She tilted her head thoughtfully as she contemplated the implications of DJ's illusions. It was an interesting concept, and she couldn't help but wonder what it might achieve.
She shook her head at his question. She was human, completely normal... no powers at all.

"Interesting, I don't meet a lot of non-metas." Dj would say genuinely. It really had been a while, he felt bad for making the assumption.

She looked down at her sword, then back up to DJ. It was strange that he didn't meet many normal humans, considering Qi was extremely rare only a few years ago.
Lorelai shrugged her shoulders thoughtfully. She hadn't met many Metas, so she assumed it was a fair trade off.

He noticed that Lorelai looked to her sword. He decided it may be best to explain a little more.
"I don't talk in any real capacity to most people. Furthermore I mostly live around other metas." He'd say a bit solemnly.
