Come to Prota! (open)

[Shiloh]

"Do you have the impeccable balance, too?" Shiloh asked, clasping her hands together and grinning.

She glanced back at Adelaide, her smile still brilliant.

"Isn't this AMAZING?"

[Novocaine]

"Not from this, no." She'd answer Shiloh before laughing and shaking her head at Adelaide.

"Doesn't bother me. Not used to that much positivity. It's fun."

[Gunslinger]

Perfect. Everything's all set.

Daniel takes off his apron, heading out from the kitchen towards the front, where the girls are.

"Hey. Welcome to Prota."

He says, smiling broadly.

[Adelaide]

Adelaide just sighed. But as long as the woman was ok with it... Then the cook came out.

"Oh hey there, yeah. Thanks, it's a nice little place y'all have here."

She said admiring the shop as she looked around.

"And I could smell your cooking from outside, and it's mouth watering."

[Shiloh]

Shiloh jumped slightly as somebody else came out, and turned her smile to him as well. Her eyes were alight with excitement, but she attempted to damper it slightly.

"Hello," she murmured in greeting, nodding along with Adelaide. "This place is so nice. You guys have put so much time and effort into figuring it out! And it's so nice to see a new restaurant around here."

[Novocaine]

"We poured a lot of effort into it, thanks for noticing." Nova would say, sounding genuinely thankful.

"Couldn't pick restaurant or bakery so we did both. Luckily we picked up on the skills fast enough."

When you have time to hyper-focus on something, you may as well pick up new skills.

[Gunslinger]

"Yes, thank you."

Daniel nods his head, truly appreciative.

"It's been a good thing to focus on for us. Took some doing to get the funds to kickstart us, but... here we are."

[Adelaide]

"I bet, but you've definitely made a lovely little place here, but the real test, can your cooking match the looks and smells?"

She said with a challenging but friendly smile.

[Shiloh]

Shiloh took the time while Adelaide challenged the workers to wander around, looking at the beautiful little store they had created. Her eyes were wide with wonder, and she seemed a bit aloof to the conversation.

[Novocaine]

There's definitely a different atmosphere depending on which end you're in. The bakery end is fun and colourful, reflecting exactly what it is. The diner part is casual but nice. It felt comfortable and welcoming. Homey. Somehow the decor and paint job blended in seamlessly to keep the two sides from clashing.

"Danny's no joke in there." Nova grins, leaning against the counter.

"Even if you order off the menu, he's got a pretty sophisticated palette."

Everything except pie, it seems.

[Gunslinger]

The tone actually makes Daniel laugh, and he shakes his head for a moment.

"Trust me. It'll be as good as it smells. I pride myself on my seafood. I learned a lot from my parents."

Well. One.

He glances over to the side.

"Everything in the bakery was done this morning, so it's all fresh, too."

[Adelaide]

Adelaide nodded approvingly accepting their answer's.

"Well, your partner here suggest your Lobster Bisque, so I do believe that is where my interests lay."

She turned to Shiloh.

"What about you, love? What are you feeling up for?"

[Shiloh]

"Hmm?"

Shiloh looked up from the pastries she had wandered over towards in the bakery side. She blinked a couple of times, obviously having gone off into her own little world. Making her way back to Adelaide, she smiled over at the others.

"Oh! Anything. I leave my fate in your capable hands!"

[Novocaine]

"Oh, is this a date?" Nova asks, suddenly more interested.

[Gunslinger]

"Bisque to start for both of you, for sure, then."

Daniel laughs.

"If it's a date, I'll make you a fabulous meal for the both of you to enjoy."
