[Novocaine]

"Yeah? That sounds pretty inventive. Nothing wrong with failing a few times before you get something good. Cooking is basically science. Making something bad is just another discovery. If you like cooking, I say keep trying. Or just become a pro at sandwiches. There's a market for that too." she winks.

"However! I was thinking more along the lines of letting our friend here be a hostess."

[Gunslinger]

That bisque is damn delicious.

“Nova’s right. Most cooking is a science, but there’s something to be said for experimenting. Fusion cooking came from blending two types of styles together, and it’s wildly successful.”

[Adelaide]

Adelaide would nod approvingly at the first taste of the Bisque.

"Wow... this is... amazing."


She would say with a nod. Turning to see what Shiloh had to say about potentially being a hostess.

[Shiloh]

"A hostess? Oh, I could do that!" She was grinning, nearly from ear to ear, and nodding furiously. That was something that she could excel in, even!

She continued to sip her coffee for a moment, obviously enjoying it. The soup hadn't been touched, but more out of distraction than anything else. The wheels were obviously turning in her mind.

"I can make posters... I can use some of my pictures, and Photoshop or whatever can't be THAT difficult, right? Worst case, I know somebody who knows tech stuff. We can put flyers up or something, and talk to people. Word of mouth will probably be really useful, too!"

[Novocaine]

"Alright. Hostess AND planner." Nova laughs, then looks between the girls.

"How about we let you two finish your meal and we can talk about it some more later?"

Would be a waste to let Daniel's lovely dish go cold.

[Gunslinger]

"You're very excited."

Daniel grins, before stepping back.

"Eat. We'll be back."

He's happy to lead the way back to the kitchen for him and Nova.

[Adelaide]

"If we could have some bread to dip in the soup, please?"

Adelaide would ask before the duo could wonder off. Then she would turn to Shiloh.

"I know you're excited, but eat up hon."

[Shiloh]

"Oh! Right. Food!"

Shiloh set her coffee down, smiling over at the people. "The coffee is fantastic, by the way! Great flavor!"

She then turned to her soup, beginning to eat it quietly, thoughtfully, as she continued to plot and plan.

[Novocaine]

"Well thank you." Nova would nod at the compliment before nudging Daniel.

"Wow, rookie mistake. You didn't even give them bread."

[Gunslinger]

"Ughhh..."

Daniel groans, clearly joking, but heads back to get that very bread!

[Adelaide]

Adelaide chuckled at the two. They were fun. Then she would turn back to Shiloh.

"So, what do you think?"

[Shiloh]

She nodded, her mouthful of soup. She swallowed before speaking up.

"I really like this place! This soup is super good. I haven't had anything like it!" She turned to smile brilliantly at Nova. "And I looooove this environment."

[Novocaine]

Nova gives Shiloh a thumbs up, starting to decorate a small cake with flowers.

[Gunslinger]

Daniel comes back quickly with some bread.

"Sorry about that."

But leaves promptly, to let them continue!

He's off to make their surprise meal.

[Adelaide]

She nodded to Daniel as he brought out the bread ripping off some to dip in her soup. Sooooo good.

"Agreed. I think we might've just found our new favorite spot."

She would say with a warm smile as she continued to eat.
