Elias frowns, but follows. Rose should know that he was going to follow through regardless.
He looks around, then stares at the one Lucien bows to.
"...I have an eye I need replaced. And then I need to get another one done, when we bring it back."
He's just... assuming it'll get done because he says so.

"What's blocking the tower?" Rose asks, knowing they'll likely go there regardless of the issue.

Soren decided to answer all the questions and the part he assumed was a request even though it was said as a statement.
"The Tower is attached to a large chain that seems to be reaching all the way to the moon, as well as smaller chains wrapped around it... And I can do the eye transplant. It should only take a few hours to get it done."
Lucien nods and they look at Elias and Rose to see if they were ready or would present the eye.

Seems simple enough.
Elias reaches into his pocket, pulling out a small vial with the eye inside.
"Here. I got this from... you know, Katashi."

Lucien would shake his head at both Elias and Rose, while Soren took the vial and inspected it. Lucien would speak.
"The large chain summons flaming monsters and the smaller chains attack as well."
Soren nods at the explanation before looking at Lucien.
"By the way, The Second Chairman decided while you were gone that we can't afford to lend you any more troops right now."
"What?!"
"Orders are orders. We are being thinned out by the constant monsters the chain is summoning, and the families want to focus our efforts on retaking the tower."

Lucien would say as he tried to devise some sort of plan. He wasn't the plan sort, they might have to consult what was left of the ex-chairmans officers.
"Do you have time for that Soren?"
The guy would smile and straighten up a bit more.
"Of course. Whenever you are ready. I just wish Leon was here to see it. None of his other apprentices ever got this far."

Elias agrees with Rose, before tapping his head. He always had the Leon in his head after all.
"I'm ready. But give my old eye to Rose to keep with her, I promised."

It was an odd request, but he figured it was something sentimental, he gave up on trying to figure out Dragons a long time ago. Soren would take Elias back to the surgery room and gas him into unconsciousness and proceed with the surgery. It'd take a couple hours, but it would be a success. His right eye was transplanted with a Seikatsugan of the Sudeki Clan Bloodline.
A new test tube with Elias's old eye would be brought out when they wheeled Elias out who would probably still be loopy from the anesthesia, and given to Rose and Lucien.
During the wait Lucien would be sending runners to exchange messages with some other prominent figures in Lightning Country, but he would refuse to leave the waiting area with Rose.

Rose would take the vial, holding it close to her as she waited for Elias to come to. She stay dutifully at his side, holding his hand. She'd only glance away from him here and there when people would come in to see Lucien, but otherwise kept her full attention on Elias.

It takes a while for Elias to finally get his bearings back, but once he does, Elias would call upon some of the souls he'd taken, draining their strength to restore his own. "..I'm ready. I'm ready." He thinks he's ready. ------------- Level 6 - Power Word Absorption: Elias spends any number of soul charges to heal himself for one per charge, mending his body and soul with those he's already stolen from others. Using 30 soul charges!
Soul Charges: 70/100 (106 with Rose)

Elias spends his Soul Charges and regains most of his motor functions and the eye heals and is accepted by his body! He feels like that might not work next time. Like this time it worked from pure luck, he can't be sure though. His training from Leon and sensing Qi seems to have rubbed off enough awareness for that.
Lucien smiles for the first time when he see's Elias ready to go after his surgery.
"Our options are to try and retake the tower to have troops to help us search for the children, or the three of us go out to search for the person who can help us find the children. He is a survivor of the Sudeki Clan named Sevryn. They say he can see into the threads of existence, so if we have him look for the kids he can tell us where they are. If it were up to me, I'd let the people here deal with the Tower and go after the kids."
One track mind at the moment it would seem.
