Since 500 bucks magically popped up, I guess I could accept that as the 500 I won from answering the moderate question. All I need now is just the 300 I won from the bonus.

No... >_<
I meant simple calculations to keep track of people's original amount BEFORE the money got screwed up, so that when you do figure it out, we can put a fairly accurate amount for each one.
Example:
-Everyone, except for transfers, has the equal $3 per post ratio. -We need to collect all the links to all the lottos that have taken place thus far, and calculate things from there. -Not everyone has bought materials, so tracking down purchases is easy. -Not everyone has bought statistics, so tracking down purchases is easy. -Check the Weekly Prize contest set up by Oki Nanda.
It's pretty simple, since not everyone participates in EVERYTHING around here... just need someone to sit on their ass to do it.

With player selected grade/ages or whatever, that would mean that transfers could easily come into 259 without special circumstances, and since a junior starting fresh can't start with super stats, we can easily get rid of the transfer carries over with their stats too. Then, we could just make the current transfers revert there stats to custom things, let their exp they earned on here, and the such remain, take away their Qi, then hopefully have more of a balance. Maybe if we stretch it, we can go back with the teachers only starting with 110 exp, do the same thing for them, and then that would be even too. This is all just wishful thinking though, and I'm probably the only one that wants it to go like this. Still, I have nothing wrong with freedom of picking age, I actually support it, BUT complete aging freedom is not what is needed. A possible aging time thing like they grow +1 a year, and have actual birthdays posted in their bios would be nice. Then every year can be a decision of rather they grade up or not, the possibility of a freshman skipping to a junior possible and the such. Yeah, I wanted to get this out before it escaped from my head. Future reference to look at. ^ I just thought I should get that out again. My apologies if it has already been addressed.

Thank you, Ghiste.
Now, I have a question for everyone. What, exactly, should be the time frame for going up a grade? 2 months? 5 months? A whole year?

A year, have the character have a birthday, and then they can age accordingly. As for the whole grade thing, let them have the choice of choosing rather they go up or the end of every Summer. Highly realistic? Yes. Easy to take care of? Yes.

changing stats is way to complicated
i rather just change your post count, and money if it is way to high. (Ex: when the new system went into effect I had 3000+ money)

I like Ghiste's once a year idea. But I wanna hear what everyone else has to say about it. SPEAK!

Hey, I've been following Ghiste's idea since I started playing on these boards. Keeps the timeline in reality. ;x
