Just trying to prove a point.
For me it's usually once every few days, depending on if I have to do a lot of work, etc. Every now and then, mostly on weekends, it's about once a day. So, go with your average.
EDIT: No one wants to help me out? Come on...

How often I jerk it. Well lets see... today there was 8:00 a.m., 8:09 a.m., 10:13 a.m., 11:43 a.m., and finally 12:59 p.m.
But seriously it usually once, maybe twice a week. But if I hear the Mario theme all bets are off. (it's a joke between some of my friends)
