Wow, she's actually being loud for once. She always seemed so quiet. Hard to tell... The boy thought while listening to Max's response. "I'm still missing how lactose is bad. And if I was worried about getting cancer I'd never leave my house and would hide from the sun all day." He replied, though this time the annoyance was no longer present in his voice. I can't see her beating up anyone though. Me neither.
After that the girl went on to answer her question. The way she did it was in an odd....mockish...sad way. Sounds horrible. Levi said before sticking his tongue out. Of all the girls he had met, Max had to be the most fun. Not to mention she was really cute, so that was a plus of course.

"I'm still missing how lactose is bad. And if I was worried about getting cancer I'd never leave my house and would hide from the sun all day."
"Er..."
Max never heard of the sun giving you cancer so she didn't know what Levi was talking about this time, shrugging it off she just didn't reply. He seemed like the argumentive type anyways, arguging about how she looked 'n all, Max was sort of scared about starting anymore arguements between her and Levi.
She liked staying on people's good sides, and besides -- One bad cookie can spoil the whole idea of a treat. "Sounds horrible." She heard Levi's comment, and first thought "Oh, that is so sweet!" Until -- DURN, DURN, DURN! He stuck his tongue out at her. What a playful little, little, little ... jerk. -_-
"Stop doing that would you? It's just...wrong, on so many levels!" She explained, and sighed, she wanted to clear the silence and keep it dead until period was over so she could -- go home? That was an awfully boring idea, but she had no other options it seemed, but her time with Levi was getting exciting. Just that she was running out of ideas of what to talk about, and running quick.

"Haha, it bugs you. That's why I do it." Levi replied playfully. "Ya know, of all the people I've met at this dull school, you have to be the most fun. Speaking of fun things, what do you do when you're not here? You can't be completely normal and boring like everyone else." He asked while pacing around the room. He was feeling a bit hyper again and felt the need to move around. It was just the kind of person he was, always on the move looking for the next challange, or fun thing to do. Life was too short not to enjoy yourself. It could end at any moment, and when it ended for the redhead he wanted to be enjoying himself no matter what it was. Hmm...I'm getting a bit hungry too. Maybe she'll want to grab something to eat when school lets out.

"Haha, it bugs you. That's why I do it."
Max gave him a smile, she guessed he was just one of those playful hyper-active type of guys. Though she was undeniablely able to relate to his sense of humor and fun parsly.
"Ya know, of all the people I've met at this dull school, you have to be the most fun. Speaking of fun things, what do you do when you're not here? You can't be completely normal and boring like everyone else."
Max, again, had to blush. Levi was ... flattering, too flattering that it scared her sometimes. She giggled as she shook her head, "Hasn't your step-mother ever taught you that flattery will you get nowhere?" She asked playfully, as she then thought of a reply to his other comments. She replied to herself first in a more truthful manner, "Hmm, yup. I chase around Xiang all day, make fruit-loops for her, string myself back from ever meeting the other tenants of the motel and um ... do homework so I don't have to do any extra on Monday, except algebra of course...I guess some people don't really know that I'm a pretty boring person." She thought to herself, but didn't want to say that to Levi.
Nope, he seemed to be the type of guy who was expecting the answer: 'Date and dump guys.' or something similar to that. But...Max liked coming clean, -- dammit, sometimes only! She could make exceptions...
"I sort of...do normal things I guess. Shop for necessities, keep my place clean, eat two meals -- I don't usually eat supper, nah...that's usually popcorn and a TV dinner during a cool action movie or something! -- oh wait, yeah...I don't think I've ever tasted popcorn before. I guess just a TV dinner then! -- I'm not really fun at all really, at school or away from school come to think of it. I guess I'm just normal!" She gave a shrug, "How about you, Levi?"

"Nope, but she always told me to be honest." Levi retorted. He could tell that the girl didn't like being compliment so much, but he really meant what he said, they weren't empty lies. So far he had met Aurora, Chihiro, Sean, Jake, and John in addition to many other girls he had flirted with and/or made out with. They were alright, but he really did have an interest in Max. Though it seemed she was telling the truth when she said she was normal. It was kind of disappointing, but than again he could show her how to have a good time.
"What?! You've never had popcorn before?" The freshmen asked in amazement. What kind of person was deprived of popcorn? One of America's best salty, corny treats. Max apparently. And that just wouldn't do. Me? I try a little bit of everything. Reading, Watching movies, Parkour, Skateboarding, Bouldering, Video Games, Writing, Shooting, and playing guitar. Anyways, back to you not having popcorn. Since school's just about over, how bout we leave early and catch a movie? My treat. He asked, hoping she would agree. He couldn't let her go another day without having popcorn.

"Nope, but she always told me to be honest."
Max sighed, but she didn't lose her smile. Levi was so ... she was comfortable with talking to him, even though he sort of upset her when he kept complimenting her like that. She didn't deserve comments like that, maybe other people did, but not her. She was just ... not the kind of girl to accept that kind of honesty from someone, though Max was still quite edged on the fact that it wasn't actually honesty coming from Levi, she wasn't that nice! Or, she was nice, but not beautiful, not anything but nice!
"What?! You've never had popcorn before?"
The question came abrutley from Levi, shocking Max a bit. She nodded, "Nope. Never." "Even though I do have at least five microwaveable packages of popcorn at home, or maybe not since Xiang's been there at least eight hours by herself now." Max thought, giving herself a mental shrug.
"Me? I try a little bit of everything. Reading, Watching movies, Parkour, Skateboarding, Bouldering, Video Games, Writing, Shooting, and playing guitar."
Okay, Max didn't know what parkour was, or bouldering, and she didn't know what he meant by shooting unless he had a hunting rifle but the rest seemed pretty fun and exciting! Max liked most those things too, "I love writing, well, journalisim. Me and my french nanny, we wrote and drew a lot together in our spent time together. It was...fun. And I've always wanted to skateboard -- I guess, y'know, everyone says it's a boy's sport but maybe they just say that so girls don't try it and get to have fun too." Max explained, and then Levi spoke again,
"Anyways, back to you not having popcorn. Since school's just about over, how bout we leave early and catch a movie? My treat."
"Er..." Max was nervous, sheep-ish blush, she tilted her head so her bangs would fall down and cover her face as she thought it over. "Like...a date? No, Max! A friend date! -- but still a date? Actually it's just an invintation to watch a movie, not a date, just a friend's little outgoing ... just ... just ..."
"Err....sh-sure...I guess..." "Oh dammit! But what about Xiang? She has to have dinner. Wait, it's not that late, movie'll be about an hour and a half, I should be home by seven." Max was thinking, she wanted to go with Levi but it was kind of weird, maybe he just wanted to make her eat popcorn. She wasn't sure though, nervous because infact it was sort of like a date, and then because she had to get back to Xiang -- her six-year-old roomate. See how wretched things were?

I wonder what she writes about. I dunno...probably normal stuff. Maybe fantasy stuff. Alot of people like that kinda stuff. Helps em forget about their boring real lives. Yea... Levi thought while Max spoke. "Hmm...you might make a good skater." He said while walking around her. She seemed to be strong enough to take a couple falls. Who knows if she'd be able to tough it out though. Regardless, it wasn't important at the time.
The girl had agreed to watch a movie, and because the classroom was pretty boring, the redhead decided that the sooner they left the better. "Alrighty, lets get goin'." He said with a smile. By this time his leg was feeling alot better and limping wouldn't be a problem. "Oh, I was wondering. What do you write about?" The boy asked, truly curious.

"Hmm...you might make a good skater."
Max smiled in gratitude as she nodded a maybe. "Well, you'll never know." She commented just for the sake of commenting as she hopped off of the desk, seeing that Levi had gotten off his dependablely uncomfortable seat. She was thankful that he wasn't limping anymore, made her smile larger.
"Alrighty, lets get goin'."
He seemed eager, Max was a bit unsure about the whole thing because she didn't know if Xiang would be able to survive on her own living off of fruit loops and microwaved popcorn for three more hours, but 'nyways she had to think to the present. Levi didn't seem like someone Max would be able to say no to anyways. (:
"Oh, I was wondering. What do you write about?"
"Um...life." Max replied dumbfounded. She didn't write anymore, she used to write, she still loved writing but she didn't write like a hobby write-write, you know, right? ... of course she had a cute little pink diary with green plush flowers all over it and blue glitter penciled writing in it put neatly into paragraphs but she didn't really write. "I've got a diary now, since I'm all grown up, I used to write romance stories though. Yea, I was never real good in writing things like violent concepts or war stuff...fairy tales were for eleven years ago.." She explained as she ran over and opened the door for Levi, since he had been kind enough to do so for her, even though that was just because he was acting like a gentleman.
OoC: I'm sorry, long ... stupid post ^_^

"Cool and thanks." Levi replied after Max held the door open for him. Alot of people had journals, though it wasn't the kind of writing he was talking about. But not everyone liked to write out the lives of a bunch of different characters each night. To be honest, he didn't know anyone else that did that. Ah well, to each their own.
Now that they had exited the school building, the redhead felt alot better. He hated school, and preferred being outdoors to anything else. He wasn't claustrophobic or anything, actually he wasn't scared of anything. Except...being alone. It was funny how he hated seclusion and Aureus loved it. But that's why he was there in the first place, to be the opposite.
"So, what kinda movie do you wanna see?" The boy asked as they walked. With other girls he may have worried about them picking something lame, but Max seemed to share his basic interests. In addition he wasn't even sure was playing, other than Snakes on a Plane. It seemed kinda cool, but wasn't something he would pick over a nice, solid drama.
OOC: It was a fine post.

OoC: Well...I guess..I think it was crappy. Your's was pretty good
"Cool and thanks."
Max smiled as she walked out of the school with Levi, her happiness was increasing. Sometimes she didn't feel too comfortable just telling somebody about her past and everything about her, but she felt as if her secret was safe with Levi.
"So, what kinda movie do you wanna see?"
DURN, DURN, DURN! That right there, ladies and gents, was Max's problem. She was picky about movies but never knew exactly what she did want to see. Hm, she completely hated romance comedies because in the end it was really JUST a romance all the time, she could tolerate romance alone and comedy alone but when the two were emerged into one motion picture she gagged. She could tolerate action movies well, but sometimes they got boring, she hated sterio-type movies and bloody movies though she watched a lot of horror movies at home... either way, she would've been able to tolerate any movie Levi picked for sure, so she decided to stop thinking.
"Anything that you'd like to see." Max replied, shrugging her shoulders, hinting that she was clueless. Might as well let Levi pick. She was dumbfounded.

Haha, of course. Max was probably in the same not knowing boat that he was, and decided to pass the buck right back to him. It was kinda funny. "I dunno. That's why I asked you, but I guess we'll just have to figure it out when we get there." The redhead said as he continued along. "Well, just so we can take care of things in advance, are there any types of movies you hate?" He asked, hoping it wouldn't be something he liked. But even if it was, that's what compromise was for. They'd find something to see.
