"Sit." Sara spoke to the small dog at her feet that kept trying to chase after the birds. She had bags under her eyes, and she just looked... terrible. There was no other word for it. She had no patience for the dog today. Three days. Three days she had gone now without a home. She honestly had the worst luck in the world. She had her suspicions about the fire, but didn't dare pursue them... Yet. What was it she had said? I'll move in with you when my house burns down? Then, as soon as he leaves, all the fire alarms go off, and the apartment burns down. The guy had a fire qi. You had to be an idiot not to be able to put those facts together.
For the past three days she had been sleeping in the park. The same park where he had burned her... Where her whole life went wrong. Her, the dog, and what little belongings she managed to save. She hadn't been to school, and hadn't really gone to eat, to worried about leaving her things and finding them gone when she got back. Well now she was at her wits end, no other option then to call him and ask him to let her stay with him.
Problem was, she had no idea where he lived. So that meant calling him and asking... Begging... As opposed to beating the crap out of him and demanding. She hated that idea. Maybe a text would be easier...
She pulled out her cell and found his number. She closed her eyes breathing deeply and then started punching in the message.
So... My place burnt down... Where do you live?
She looked at it for a second. Then, took out the first part, her suspicions making her more and more angry as she looked at the text. No damn way. He probably knew what had happened already. And if he didn't... It was still somehow his fault. He didn't deserve to know that >3> She would just ask where he lived, show up on his doorstep, and inconvenience him. D< How is that for payback... She looked down at the text once more.
Where do you live?
Then she pressed send.

"Where do you live?"
"Three days..... huh, that's sooner than I thought," Matrim said to himself, replying with the address to his place. It wouldn't be too hard to find... or would it? He texted a second text giving her directions from one of the major intersections by her place, and added 'might be easier to cab it' as well. Then sent it to her, and laughed to himself, calling out, "Gale! We're cooking for three tonight!"
"Matrim, I told you, just because his teeth are starting to grow in, doesn't mean he's ready for a big plate of Lasagna!"
"No, it's not that, it's Sara!"
"You mean you didn't make her up? You've said you'd get her around here a couple times, even had me learn a few new recipe's that you thought she might like, still, no girl."
"Well that's about to change," Matrim said, running downstairs towards the large Kitchen that Gale was already at. The baby monitor down there as well, since Shayne was taking a nap and had been pretty quiet all night. He'd most likely end up waking up around the time they sat down to eat, and probably wouldn't sleep all night, but that's alright since he was used to it and he was way too excited to sleep.
"Oh, and what changed this all of a sudden?"
"I may have done something......."
"If it can be traced to me I don't want to --"
"I burned down her apartment building."
"MATRIM! YOU DUMBASS!" Gale said, and Matrim got decked over the back of the head with a roller pin.
"Hey-- take it easy, nobody got hurt, I made sure of it," Matrim said.
"They better not have... or I'll hurt you!"
"Alright... alright...." Matrim walked off, finding a place to sit down until Sara got there.

Sara had no sooner sat back on the bench when her phone was buzzing again. She scanned the text quickly. She didn't know exactly where that was, but it couldn't be to far. Then the second message came. She scanned it again and sighed. Looks like she was cabbing it.
She walked to the nearest convenience store, lugging all her things and dragging her feet. Every couple minutes, she had to call her dog back. He was the only one excited about being outside for the last three days. Sadly, the damn dog had been eating better then she had. She was just so tired. She needed a bed. And a shower. A shower and then sleep. And then food. Lots of it. When she reached the store, she pulled out her phone and quickly dialed for a cab. It was there within 5 minutes.
Giving him the address, she settled back, holding on to the dog. It wasn't a long drive, but by the time they got there, the cab fare was already up to $15. She looked at the house in awe. It was big. It looked really nice... Really really nice... She smiled at the driver and told him she would be right back with the money. He gave her a funny look, but didn't question it. Probably, because of the house.
Climbing out of the cab, she put the dog down and walked up to the door and rang the bell. Then she waited, tapping her foot, trying to swallow down the nervous and angry feelings inside her. When the door opened, if it was Matrim, she would send him her biggest death glare, as though this was all his fault, which it probably was, and point to the cab. "Pay the driver." If it wasn't Matrim, she would ask for him, and then do the same thing when he did answer it.

*DING DONG*
*taptaptaptaptaptaptap*
Matrim walked up to the door, opened it and said, "H-"
"Pay the driver."
"Pay the who? .... OH..... alright...." Matrim walked outside, seeing a dog, "If he's not potty trained take him straight out back, it's fenced and trust me when I say he'll have enough room out there." The trouble with that was that while it was fenced, if the dog got out of said fence, he'd be near the water. But hopefully the dog wasn't too bad. Otherwise he could buy one of those leash things where the dog can run all over.
Matrim walked up to the cab, handing the man a 100 dollar bill, "Here, keep the change," He said, and turned back toward the house walking inside, "And uhh, go ahead and make yourself feel at home," He would call whether or not she was inside yet. Because either way he'd have the same response. One would be literal, the other sarcastic, all depending on what she did. He would walk in and close the door behind him either way, "Gale, Sara, Sara, Gale will be the one in the kitchen, where that really good smell is coming from."
"Kissass!"
That's about right.....

"Pay the who? .... OH..... alright.... If he's not potty trained take him straight out back, it's fenced and trust me when I say he'll have enough room out there."
Sara looked down at George. He was an apartment dog, so of course he was trained, but... She had no idea what being outside for three days had done to his training. She smiled wickedly at the thought of him going to bathroom right in Matrim's bed. That would be nice. Jeez she needed sleep. She wiped a hand over her face as she watched Matrim pay the driver.
"And uhh, go ahead and make yourself feel at home."
"Ya, I'll get right on that," she answered sarcastically. It was obvious she wasn't happy about this, but at the same time she was just thankful to have a place to stay, even if it meant accepting Matrims charity. It was still awkward though, being here after what he had told her. She held her things close to her, worried about putting her stuff down and getting something dirty or something like that.
Her stomach let out a loud growl at the mention of food and the smell finally hit her, but she ignored it. At her feet, the dog was going nuts, trying to get off the leash. She tugged the leash and hissed out a quick "Sit." Then she looked up at Matrim. "Show me where the backyard is. Then we have to talk. Now."

"Ya, I'll get right on that," She said, entering the place and giving her dog a command. Matrim looked down at the dog wondering if it had indeed been potty trained, "Show me where the backyard is. Then we have to talk. Now."
"I'd avoid the kitchen with the dog, so here," Matrim said, through the front door there were two options, left and then a right, or right and then a left. He chose right, taking her to the door to the back yard near the office, opening it and walking through. He looked and made sure the fence was indeed closed, and it was. He then turned toward Sara, "So, we need to talk? I assume this is about me burning down your apartment building?"
Matrim then put a hand up quickly, "And before you respond bear in mind I will NOT tolerate fighting in my home. If you wish to fight that is fine by me but we need to go around to the front and down the street a bit because I will NOT endanger Shayne in any way shape or form." He then calmed down and said, "In any case, what was it you wanted to talk about specifically?"

Sara followed behind Matrim as he led her to the backyard. The dog was going nuts, and she had to keep tugging on his leash to keep him close to her. Once in the backyard, she dropped all her things on the ground next to her and knelt down. She started fighting with the collar and leash, trying to unhook George. But George was trying so hard to run away that the collar kept jerking and she couldn't get it unhooked and all he was really doing was choking himself. "So, we need to talk? I assume this is about me burning down your apartment building?"" " The dog slipped out of her grasp and took off across the backyard, leash and all. Sara opened and closed her mouth a couple times before she even attempted to speak. Which still didn't work. "You.. Wait... what? I.." She turned to look up at him, her expression one of shock. Lack of sleep was making her confused and she wasn't completely sure that she had heard his confession properly. She pushed herself to her feet as he spoke, cutting her off. She had almost forgotten about Shayne. And he was right. She had nothing against the baby. Only against his stupid ass father D< "In any case, what was it you wanted to talk about specifically?" She ran a hand over her face, trying to sort her thoughts out. "You... You seriously burnt down a whole apartment building? What the HELL were you thinking?! I could have... DIED or something!" She was talking loud, but doing her best not to yell. She wasn't used to the house and knowing that there was someone else and a baby inside made her not want to yell. And then she snapped. All hunger and tiredness forgotten. "Let's go for a walk, ya?"

"You... You seriously burnt down a whole apartment building? What the HELL were you thinking?! I could have... DIED or something!" She said.
"Don't worry I was watching the entire time, not to mention I actually ended up being the one who called the fire department. It seemed nobody in your apartment bothered..." He said, "You're safer out of that place at the very least."
"Let's go for a walk, ya?"
"Yeah, I thought it'd come to that," He said, walking toward the gate which was right by the door from the inside too. He opened the gate door, turned back and said, "Close it behind you, and make sure your dog doesn't get out."
He would then lead the way across the side yard, front yard, and down the road as far as he could go. He didn't know how messy this was going to get, and he figured he'd be better off just going all the way down the street. When he was done he turned around and extended his arms, "While fighting, don't move me closer to the house, and I won't move you closer to the house. If you are going to blast me, blast me further away or to the side. Alright?"
He then lowered his hands, "So... I guess it's that time."

"Yeah, I thought it'd come to that.""Well aren't you so smart!" Sara said, clapping her hands together. She quickly followed him out of the backyard, closing the gate behind her and skipped off after him. She followed him all the way down the street, the same sick smile still plastered on her face, her eyes wide, as though unseeing. She felt loose and excited. This was going to be fun. ! "So... I guess it's that time." She had listened to his rules patiently, balancing back and forth on the balls of her feet all the while staring at him with that smile and unseeing eyes. She had fully snapped at what had happened. She barely realized who he was right now, only that she wanted to hurt him. When he finished, she rubbed her hands together, her grin widening. "Got it, let's do this." Then, without waiting, she ran at him, drawing her right fist back and aiming to slam it upwards at his chest, just below his ribs. She would have planned something fancier, but her best attacks were counters, and someone had to start She decided to activate her qi now, early. The last time she had activated it, she had noticed the change that she was faster, stronger. Might as well get it out now, rather then later and use it to her advantage. If her punch hit, her qi activating, she would follow closely behind him, throwing herself to grab him around the waist, helping to bring him down on his back and straddle him. Laughing wildly, she would slam her fist down on his face until he was knocked out. "Got it, let's do this." She said, and immediately made the first move. He brought his arm out in front, taking the punch to his right forearm as opposed to his chest. He was blasted back, but slid back rather by extending his feet downward and sliding on the fronts of his toes, when he started to come down he was falling forward because of how he slid, but Sara pushed him back rather, getting him down on his back and straddling him. She started laughing, and started slamming her fist down.
Matrim got punched a few times before realizing just how fast she was, and quickly yelled out, "EEENOUGH!" A fist would be pulled back just before stating this, and just when it was said a right fist would shoot forward aiming straight for the dead center of her chest. Hoping to knock her back and knock the wind out of her because he really didn't want to burn her for once.
If the punch landed he wouldn't stop there, he would reach out with both hands and try to grab her at the shoulders, and throw her towards his right (her left) off of him.

Sara continued to slam her fist down at him from her position atop him. She wasn't herself, it was obvious. Had she not snapped, she probably wouldn't have fought him, and instead talked it out. Now, with adrenaline coursing through her system, she couldn't get enough of hitting him.
"EEENOUGH!"
She paused, her smile going slack at his outburst. His fist slammed into her chest, knocking her back. Thinking he may be planning something, she was going to try to roll with it instead of fighting it. She would roll back, somersaulting back quickly and land on the balls of her feet at about his knee level.
If it worked, she would pause, coughing, trying to get her breath back, but wouldn't wait for him to move again and get the upper hand. Pushing herself up to her feet she would quickly step forward and slam her left foot down on his abdomen.

When that foot moved, and when she did, Matrim had already gotten an idea of what she was going to do. His hands came in reacting to the movement, and though she was faster than him he was able to gauge the amount, and barely with a bit of luck he would catch her ankle with both hands, just after it connected, making him cough for air. He gripped down and twisted it inward just a little before pushing up on it, pushing it toward her body as he sat up, bringing a right foot up and letting go of her ankle with his right hand to push himself up on it, his left still gripping it. He would try to push himself up, push on her leg, and make her the one on her back.
Of course the chance of this working was slim, he had given her enough to to attack, counter attack or find some way of freeing her foot while he only had one hand grabbing onto it. Besides, she could probably balance well on one foot, in which case there would be the awkward moment where he was just holding her foot.

Just as her foot connected, he grabbed onto her ankle. She gritted her teeth, tensing for what ever he was planning next. He twisted her foot slightly, and began pushing himself to his feet, letting go of her foot with his right hand. She focused mostly on staying balanced as he pushed her foot up towards her body.
She was going to fall... D< Oh hell no...
She bent forwards, reaching down to grab onto his hair with her hands. No way in hell was she going to fall. If she fell, he would probably gain the upper hand. She was now acting on instincts, trying to do anything she could not to fall.
If she was able to get her hands in his hair, she would pull, using his hair as leverage and push off her remaining foot, wrapping her free leg around his upper chest. Depending on how quickly she moved, it would either be over his upper arm, trapping that arm to his body, but making it easy to push her onto his shoulders and then make use of the arm, or it would be under his arm, her leg tucked tightly under his armpit as she held on to him.
She would pull his head closer to her, wrapping her arms further around him as she held on. She hoped he would let go of her ankle as he attempted to get her off him. If he did let go, she would wrap that leg around him as well, now effectively hanging off his head, his face pressed hard to her stomach as she held on. If he didn't, then it was going to be very awkward now wasn't it? D<
Once she had a good grip, she would hold on tightly with her left arm, and beat on his back with her right fist. "You idiot! Stupid idiot! Give up!"

She got onto him, and he let go of her ankle.... because he knew what he was going to do next. She had his upper arms, but he was strong, and while she was pretty strong too, he had a distinct advantage in this area. He raised both arm straight up at the side, pushing her legs up onto his shoulders. His arms bent at the elbow, hands coming together and interweaving at the under part of her chest. And then he bent his knees, hopped up, stuck his legs forward and outward at an angle, pushing down on his hands and leaning forward so that even if she got a hold of him it wouldn't stop her back from connecting....
And proceeded to Batista bomb her onto the pavement.
She had done the set up for him minus one thing, so it came naturally to Matrim to think of this as his best option for attack here. Hopefully it would sap her of a bit of energy, especially if she knocked the back of her noggin on the pavement.
He wouldn't say anything, instead he would observe her reaction, simply sitting there and waiting for a response.

Sadly, he did what she had been praying he wouldn't do. He pushed her up onto his shoulders so it was more like a backwards piggy back ride. She grabbed on tight, knowing there was no way out of this, and it was really going to hurt. She was screwed. He had done this one before, but it had been on sand, where there was some give, and slightly softer... TT.TT
His hands met in front of her, and he jumped up, pushing downwards on her stomach. The next thing she knew, her back exploded in pain as she hit the pavement. Then everything went black as the back her head hit the pavement.
She would have only been out for a brief moment. She came back to, hissing in a breath and letting out a small moan of pain as she tried to roll onto her side, her arms wrapping around her stomach. She pulled her knees into her stomach so that she could roll, because he hadn't moved yet, and laid there on her side curled into a small ball between his legs, breathing heavily.
She didn't want to move anymore. She just wanted to sleep. She felt stupid for having lost it on him. She hated knowing that she didn't have complete control over herself, and she had only managed to embarrass herself. She could feel through her thin shirt that her back had been scraped up pretty bad. She glanced quickly at him, trying to think of what to say. "I can't believe you burned down my apartment... You have a stupid way of showing you like me. Now take me home."
