Ground Rules For Jobs:You may only do one job a month. You can participate in more than one job, but you won't receive any money bonuses with the second job.
Players working the job receive $20 for every five posts they make. If nobody joins your job, you can self-RP. However, you need to limit it to one post a day.
Meaning if you're RPing a job by yourself, don't even think about post-whoring. You can double-post, triple-post, quadruple-post, and so forth as long as it's one post a day.
Example:
Most months are about 30-31 days. If you're RPing a job by yourself and nobody joins, the maximum times you can post is 30-31 depending how many days are there in the month. If that's the case, start early.
There will be bonuses of RP quality as well as staff sees fit. Basically, don't just RP the job for the hell of it. Go in-depth what the duties your player is taking and so forth. In short, teach us something about the job.
So the rules are pretty simple.
- You only get paid for one job during the month.
- If RPing by yourself, one post a day. No exceptions.
- $20 for every five posts player(s) make.
If you stick to one job for the next month instead of joining a new job, you'll get paid more.
Since you make $20 every five posts at the job for the first month, you make $25 every five posts for the next month provided you stick to that same job.
If you remain at the job for a third month, you make $30 for five post.
In short, you stay longer, you get paid more. The cap is at $100 for five posts, making the most you can ever make in a month with self RP $600.
However should you change a job or stay inactive for a month, you start all over again at $20 for every five posts.
Happy Job Hunting ^_^
Beginning of every month there will be a job sign up sheet. The job you sign up for will be the job that you get paid extra cash for. Failure to post on the sign-up means bye-bye extra cash.
Alright.
Why am I posting this up?
Because... quite frankly, I've tried several attempts.. and, no one really has any idea what the hell I'm saying.
I'm passing this onto you, 'since I'm hopin' you guys can come up with something much more simple then the usually mathematically-complicated things you see running around.
Not angry, 'just being realistic here. Besides, I shouldn't have all the say on something like this. And.. I'd like to be outside of the 'idea-thinker's' seat for a bit.
