Gabriel smiled at the sense of concern, not an entire smile rather this time it was a bit of his own shared concern, a mix.
"Ah but ma belle, if we trust no one how is it that you expect us to get anywhere?" Gabriel chuckled softly.
"The greatest form of respect is copying, so I should take his actions as a compliment to the highest standard rather than be offended by any means."

She shook her head, she saw it, even if nobody else did, he would do something one day to harm Gabriel. She knew it. But she would not push on the matter. She would simply keep watch. It was all she could do.
She then thought to leave, only to remember another reason she had come here.
"I have one other thing I wish to ask you."
She would wait. She did not like asking him for anything, and never had. But this matter she needed his assistance on and figured it best to get the matter out of the way while she was here.

Gabriel sat in a complacent stare not shifting anywhere but to reach out towards his glass snatching it up slowly with a tad bit of reserve. His figure contemplative and in a sense neutral in the same instance, of course there was always the curiosity of who to trust, there were very few in fact who he found he could consider close association and give them a piece of him especially something to the magnitude of his trust, that was a big thing. Kev had that, as did Alexis, Unfettered and Victor, it was a very small group in fact.
"Go on...?" He'd ask curiously as of what was on her mind.

She drew in a deep breath and would think carefully over the words she was about to speak. Then with a little shift of her eyes she would let her tone slip forth, no change in tone from the one she had held this entire time.
"I have been in contact with Katsu as of late. It appears that he believes me his and that I am in some way obligated to him. Therefore I have chosen to indeed move from his home."
She stopped, making sure she wanted what she was about to ask. Yes, she was sure. There was no question in her mind.
"I am currently looking into several estates, and once I have settled upon one I will move my things there. When it is done. I would like for you to burn his home to the ground. Along with everything that is his which remains inside."
A hint of red stirring in her icy gaze.
"I want everything that was ever his destroyed and gone from this place."

Gabriel made a solemn grin, he agreed wholeheartedly with this conclusion finding it to his best avail. But not only his own selfish cause it was best for Kevala as well, she needed to be rid of that demon, not so much a demon at all just a cowardly man dead set on torturing those who couldn't stand against them, only now he'd realize that Kevala was standing up. Brave against a tide of darkness Gabriel found that sense of moral courage he'd been looking for out of her above all things. The power to stand up.
"I will do this, on one condition, you'll be staying here till you find a new place. And you'll help me destroy the place. Tonight."

THAT gave her pause. She had not expected that form of request from him and she would raise her brow slightly. She thought the matter over. Sure, she could in theory burn the place down herself, but then arson would be expected and they may in fact be able to save the blasted place. With Gabriel, there would be nothing left, and the insurance would pay out the ass for her.
Honestly, what option did she have other than to give into his condition? Nodding softly she would once more speak up.
"Very well. I have already had Spike's things sent to Leon's, and all that is really mine is my clothing and the twins things.
Are you certain of this?"
Not that it would really bother her. This would simply be another test of her ability to restrain herself. Something she was determined to do.

Gabriel kept a controlled gaze, he could realize the extent of damage this could potentially have on her. In all rights it would be painful as far as losing something you've been accustommed with. But Gabriel could see that she was determined to have this happen, and by all means it'd be a stronger cause if she was to be the force that end it.
"The only thing that would hold me back are your words..."
Gabriel put quite eloquently taking a stand now as he set the glass of water aside a concentrated look That by which he was determined to see things through. KAtsuri was indeed a horrid person, in that respect Gabriel would have not seen his end any other way than up in flames. Caused by those closest to him.

She pulled out her phone, a quick call made to the service staff to have them pack up all of her clothing and all of the twins. Everything else that was person to her had been put into storage long ago, when her plans had first begun.
Hanging up she would simply look up to him and raise her brow. The nanny would have the twins out of the house in half an hour, and the staff would have her things together and out as well within the same amount of time.
It was nice having people who actually did what they were told.
"Is half an hour good for you?"
She stuck her phone back into her pocket and once more crossed her arms over her chest. No real emotion showing in her features. She was done with Katsu, done with that part of her life she kept holding onto. If it took living here for a short while then fine. She wanted it done.

Gabriel cocked a brow quite unconcerned. It was as though she was trying to stall this progression up. He paced over to grab a dark pea coat setting it on his shoulders unmoved.
"Do tell me as to why you're asking me this? It's your party."
Gabriel said in a cold tone unconcerned of its implications because quite honestly it was her ordeal to go through, to Gabriel it was just another duty, a passing moment of heightened expression no life altering event.
"So...are you ready?"

She ignored his first question. Feeling no need to bother answering. Instead she would simply nod and push herself up to stand.
"Lets go."
She spoke short and soft as she made her way past him, once more making certain to stay far enough away as to not even brush against him. She did not yet trust herself in that regard.
She made her way to the door, pulling it open and stepping outside. She would go with him from then on until the reached Katsuri's house. She was more than ready to get this over with.
No emotion filling her at the thought of the house being gone. Though she knew that it should have.

Of course Gabriel would take to this walk the same way as he had that first night he'd met her. The slow relaxed pace building, building slowly as they continued on. The setting very familiar, though this time he trusted her. Kevala, it was strange how that worked, that first night she trusted him with everything without even knowing him and now not even a whole year later Gabriel trusted her as one of his own.
No words passed, none at all, those needed to be said would come with their time. But he could feel how she did in this moment. The anxiety of getting this done with. Over and gone to rid oneself of the past and accomplish something more.
The Future.

Kevala too noticed the similarities of the night and would say nothing. She had openly trusted and believed in him, even going against Katsuri in that moment for a man she hardly knew. Why? Because she had felt something between them. No, not what she felt for him now, but something deeper, something that told her she could trust him. So she had done what she always did, she followed her heart.
This is where it had led her.
Her pace matching his own, she stuffed her hands down into her pockets, the only difference this night from the many other walks they had taken together was that she kept her distance from him.
Simply continuing on as they made their way toward Katsu's house. By the time they arrived, the place looked abandoned. The service staff had finished their tasks, the security staff had already gone home, and the nanny had taken the twins to a hotel for the evening so that Kev could sufficiently square things away.
Her icy hues looked up at the house...so much had happened in her time of living here...she had thought she would be here forever..and that she would have somebody..But those days and dreams had passed.....now..she wanted it gone.....ALL OF IT

Gabriel knew the feeling, being lost. It was a simple enough reaction but in the same right it brought solace, for finding yourself felt far better than anything else in the world. Superceding any other human emotion, that achievement of selfworth and pure greatness. Gabriel nodded staring at the abandoned household. THose dark windows looking down like the eyes of a hungry demon.
"After you..."
Gabriel felt himself saying in a light voice. the steady pulse of his Qi burning in the palm of his hand, by this time he could control everything. His Qi was now an extention of himself and completly controlled by th manifestation of all things. But this again was not his battle, it was for KEvala to finish this dark deed. In the end he'd be here to help, but not to give her everything that may be the perfet life but not what she'd needed.

She could feel the air shifting about them as his Qi started to grow. Honestly she loved that feeling, something she had never told another living soul, not even him, and she NEVER would. But the feel of the power of it just..yeah..she loved it.
So, through the front gate she went, moving toward the house that held so many memories of her life here. She had moved in not long after coming here, not having much choice in the matter now that she thought about it.
She had been so beaten down by life and alone that she had been dragged here and never put up much of a fight..only to have him abandon her in the very instant she needed him the most.
Which was fine. She did not need Katsuri any more....she wanted it all gone and would see fit that it happened, one way or another. Moving to the house, she would stop before it, staring up at it as she tilted her head slightly to the side.
From the look of it, one might have thought that she was having second thoughts, thinking of happy memories that had occurred here. But that was indeed not the case, her eyes shifting toward Gabriel, now that crimson shade, laced with the blackness which was the pure evil that dwelt in her heart.
"Burn it down....every last board, every last memory that monster forced upon me...I want none of it."
There was no need to even go inside, she could care less about any of Katsuri's things...the only thing she wished to do was simply this......
She took out a letter, the very one he had left for her the night he had told her he was never coming back......He had said in it, to move on........
So, she moved to the door, bending down and pulling one of Katsu's knives from her boot....with that she took it and stabbed the note onto the door.
She had held onto it like a fool, suffering every time she read the words..but no more.....With that she took a step back and waited....more than ready for this to be over with.

Gabriel preffere not to do this, it caused a strain on his physicality, but this was indeed for a better cause. A noble one that he was dictated to alter and put to good use. Walking up to a side window Gabriel punched his way in crawling in normally unharmed due to the thick clothing. His actions were without a doubt easy enough to change and manifest, it was letting the controlled power be let free, weaponized and volent.
Walking toward the center of the buiding Gabriel outstreched his arms in defiance to the long gone owner. A large sadistic grin on his face.
"You have been destroyed, your fertile soil to take roots sought out, and you will never return to the place you once knew. If you do return you'll only find your own demise and me waiting for you."
Gabriel smiledinsideously. "HAHAHAHAHAHHAHA!"
*Click..*
A sudden explosion of heat and plasma rushed through the building taking root in every consumable structure tearing, eating, gnashing and destroying everything in seconds the plue of fire reaching the top banisters and ripping away at the sky.
"I defy you."
