Mood Music for the first few posts: I wanna change - The Street BeatsThe good old docks of Long Beach, California… away from the sandy beaches that tourists go for and closer to the hard streets that held many gangs. One large warehouse on a separate dock had become a run down shell of its former self over the years due to neglect as the shipping in the area declined and new more efficient ones were built. This one however still had good bones and good outside structuring, which was why it had recently been purchased by a rather ambitious young Japanese man. Now how did this young man gather up the cash? Well, first it wasn’t too much to buy the old dock warehouse and by working various way to make money. Two legit jobs, one as a chef and one as a bouncer, and by fighting in underground tournaments for extra… and gambling. After he purchased it, a few months of elbow grease and everything was ready…
The main area had pretty much been turned into a club with a central dance floor, a bar on either side and sitting around said floor with a front stage. Up the stairs the offices had been turned into individual rooms that newer members or partiers could use to crash if they’d gotten too liquored up or to get lucky. The back section had a more cozy bar feel, with a kitchen and bar, pool tables, sitting area, TV, and all the other junk. Off that was a gym and communal bathroom for the club with personal rooms upstairs for higher ranking club members… this section could only be accessed by a member of the Crows. That was the Crows nest.
…
Some new lackeys were funneling any guests to the main area while diverting the key members to the back while giving them the key for access. There Kiyoshi would be sitting and sipping on a small measure of scotch, everything else for the welcoming party for the Crows was set… save for the other Zeros. The leader of the group reclined in the chair, propping his boots up on a table while doing so. He wore his black leather trench coat that had the white bellflower symbol on the back but the new addition of a patch on the front that said “Crows Zero”, underneath was a neon blue long-sleeve Underarmor shirt, and a pair of black jeans with neon blue flames around the cuff… probably his most common attire, especially with his cyan-tinted sunglasses.
It was all about to start.

Areon arrived to the appointed location for this Crows building. The warehouses where a common lurk for Areon anyways, the gangs around this area proved good practice, but toda Areon planned something different.
Strolling through te doors a nod to the staff as he made his wa up the steps, through the crowed of patrons, recieving his ke and shaking hands with the one to give it he would move onwards, to open the door. Entering he'd make sure it closed behind him before moving forward.
Thats when he spotted the guy Areon decided to follow. He doubted Kiyoshi had knowledge of Areon's title as the Wind Dragon. That didn't really matter for the time being as he would move to find a seat. Obviousely more where meant to show up before the talking would begin.

Tick Tock Click Clack A white t-shirt, blue jeans, long hair bunched into a ponytail and an eye-patch over his left eye, "Unfettered" made his way to the docks trailed by a strange entourage. A girl with a vest and an overcoat was pushing along what appeared to be a teal-haired Nazi with an eye-patch over his right eye in a wheelchair. A man in camo-themed clothing and a long metal pipe came flanking the right side of the wheelchair man. To the left flanked a woman with short, spiky hair, a scowl, and a tight corset on to go with her jeans.
The time had been called forth, but confirmations were needed. The X-formation halted by once of the staff members who promptly handed "Unfettered" a key. It was taken with a silent smile as at least one of the two Nazis appeared to be enjoying themselves.
It was at the steps that they were halted. "Teal" looked up at "Unfettered."
"Vell. Go on."
With a nod from Marina to stay back with the decrepit fellow, the remaining three made their way towards the back where they happened on the door. With a look, "Unfettered" shot a glance at Tai and Dora. Tai immediatly shored up with an amused smile.
"Fuckin' manners. We'll find a way to entertain ourselves, ah, Cunt-a-saur?"
The German smiled to himself and opened the door, closing the door in time to see Tai getting thrown to the ground and stomped repeatedly in the face by a rather annoyed Dora. With that, he locked the door, to meet the man who would be his boss from here on out.
Shoes carefully fell on the ground as "Unfettered" made his way to an opposing chair from the stranger---now to his left, sitting rather comfortably with his hands crinkling towards his lap, an amused smile on his face that gave Kiyoshi a nod as he looked around, observing the entire area.

“Welcome to the Crows Nest.”
Kiyoshi smiled as the two joined him, sipping on his drink quiet casually. He gestured with a lackey to get the two men whatever ever they had for a drink of choice, which would be promptly brought after its ordering. Once that was taken, the leader would raise a single hand to help his introductions… just to be clear.
“Areon… Fett… and in reverse.”
He’d let whatever acknowledgement between the two that was going to happen… happen before moving on in his opening spiel.
“Now, I’m sure you both have some questions about plans or something…”
The Japanese student paused to sip on his drink before pointing at the two in sequence from left to right.
“Unfettered, same as I said… tactics and intelligence gathering… Areon, scouting and recruiting. Not to say those are mutual exclusive responsibilities, if Areon comes across juicy intel… share, if Fett finds a good potential joinee… recruit. Got it?”
Kiyoshi would again wait for the answer, it was after a rather simple situation to understand no doubt. After which he rise and finish his drink while walking over toward the two.
“We are the top… the Zeros, where everything. However tonight is for plotting, planning, or anything like that… tonight is just for announcing our presences to the world.”
He had walked past them during his last segment of speech, now spinning back toward them with a rather large grin on his face. This is what all that plotting and recruiting had been building toward… the beginning. Part of his plan to swing the support he needed was to show them all what his side could offer, something the other side seemed to shy away from.
“Let’s go say hello.”
With that Kiyoshi would lead them to the main area, where anyone coming for the reveal party would have been gathered, and onto the stage at the front. He’d grabbed a microphone and address the crowd.
“Welcome to the party! We are the Crows! And this is what we are about!!!”
His eyes roamed the crowd for a minute.
“Some people look down on crows and think of them as scavengers. There’s nothing wrong with being a Crow. When you compare them to those poor caged birds that have forgotten how to fly, Crows are much better. Being a Crow is good enough for me.”
Kiyoshi grinned wondering how many were confused, how were enthralled, and how many just messed up.
“For all those of you who are sick and tried of having societies ideals forced upon you… welcome! For all those of you who want to live your life free and on your own terms… welcome! For all those of you who simply wish to enjoy your time… WELCOME!!!”
It was explanation of the previous metaphor. Those who felt a kinship to what he was saying would likely be drawn in, the rest didn’t even remotely matter.
“Tonight is our night, this is our safe haven… to have the freedoms we have always wanted! Enjoy your time here! Smile! Drink! Dance! Live your lives!!!”
As Kiyoshi finished the song kicked into full gear as the main area went full dance club with lower lighting, lasers, and pounding music. He’d turned to the other two, who seemed at times far more serious then himself, the mic gone from his grasp.
“That goes for you two as well. Tomorrow… we will start to plot our homes toward the future and conquering 259.”

OOC: I am beyond overdue. Will command a small percentage of the crowd to show off some of the reactions so there's some back-and-forth.Zero Crow ~259-Militia-Remnant-Crow~ There was a nod and a smile from "Unfettered" at their leader's greeting. The confidence that was being exuded was befitting that of a leader, contrary to the feeling of hesitation the German thought he detected a night so long ago now. Command had been taken and--- ---The German waved his hand, palm-up to the lackey. "Moscato, bitte."Giving no inclination to any specfic type, the German let the lackey look on, tending to Areon next while he waited. In turn, he waved lightly to Areon as their names were exchanged with his left hand."Keke..."
"I look forward to vorking vith you, Mr. Areon."---At the most opportune moment, the lackey had returned with a generic glass of slightly sweet wine. Though it were nothing of hard alcohol, the German took it kindly with a quiet whisper of thanks to the fellow, slipping the neck of the glass between his middle and ring finger, curling his fingers upward to hold onto the base with ease. He would give it a swirl and raise it towards Areon in acknowledgement when the man had received his own glass. However, "Unfettered" would raise it again at Kiyoshi before he would take a sip---thank the hand that fed him.
After time was given for their exchange, Kiyoshi acknowledged both the German's and Areon's strengths, establishing their positions in this fledgling hierarchy system. The German wondered rather as to how Areon fared as a scouter and recruiter, curiosity drawing on the man---questions for later, as their leader was still at the helm, waiting for words of acknowledgement.
Words of---"Understood, kommander."*Grin*
There was more to just this then to grin, though. There was a slight slip of the commander's tongue, but it was read through easily enough. Kiyoshi Akechi was on a roll. They were, according to Mr. Akechi, the "Zeros" of the group, loosely translatable into being "founding fathers" of Crows. "Unfettered" found himself amused at the symbolism of such a title.
But such musings were for later. Kiyoshi was evidently gifted with a punctuality with words when it wasn't time for romantics, a natural boon to the man as a speaker---the German speculated on a good following with such a charisma-type.
---Establish their presence to the world. The German pivoted his hips as he sat to follow his gaze after their leader, as he strode on between the two of them.
With a nod and another raise of his glass, he beckoned towards Areon."After you, Mister Areon."Regardless of what happened, the German would get up and either follow ahead of Areon, or if counter-beckoned, nod graciously and get up and follow directly after Kiyoshi on his rear left flank.* * * * * * * * * * * * * Tai and Dora nodded at the base of the stairs, recognizing Kiyoshi Akechi from surveillance and other images they had captured of their potential leader to-be, but only began following after "Unfettered" when he had stepped out behind Kiyoshi in a similar flock-V formation. The crowd following began to grow as they continued through the building, where a certain familiar fellow waved at "Unfettered" from amidst the crowd through the loud socializing."'Ey, 'Unfettered'! I brought the old group as requested!" the young man called out with both hands to his mouth to emphasize the echolocation.
The German waved back at "Green," smiling in acknowledgement of thanks and continued to wave at a the growing bulge in the building. Indeed, many old faces from the past looked back in shock as their old leader was following after this Japanese man. Amongst them were Hugh Bottleneck (old Militia NPC) with his arms bulging and a wife beater on, his hair chopped up short.
Behind Hugh was everyone else, including Tracey Elkins (old Militia NPC) who was holding hands with Lauren Dales (old Militia NPC), Richard Stock (old Militia NPC), a more gregarious-looking Hans ‘Hands’ Chu (old Militia NPC), Taylor Hawkins (old Militia NPC), the still sketchy looking ‘Sword’ (old Militia NPC), Roger Summers (old Militia NPC), William “Will” Todohiko (old Militia NPC), the burly Mr. Bear (old Militia NPC), and slew of others from the old days.
It had been very difficult, but through old e-mails, addresses, and other forms of communication, "Unfettered" had bolstered the size of the party by about seventy-five people (OOC: Based on "Unfettered's" base Charisma)[/b] . The emotions that ran through the crowd became tumultuous.
...All the while, Marina, holding the handles of "Teal's" wheelchair along with that grumpy old German watched from the distance, a glass of wine in the uniformed "Teal's" hand."Our new leader is about to speak. Marina, bring me closer.""One moment..."* * * * * * * * * * * * * Kiyoshi stood on the stage, still being flanked three feet to his rear-left by "Unfettered," though Tai and Dora had gone off to stand at the forefront of "Unfettered's" crowd of people amongst the masses. It is there that the Japanese man took the microphone spoke.
There were feelings of romantics and idealis that powered through Kiyoshi's words as he played with symbolism in a strangely familiar way. But in the short, punctual welcome, one thing was clear: It was obvious why "Unfettered" had chosen to follow this man.
Conquer 259. Nay, perhaps... to liberate?
From old associates to close friends, at the very least, there was an overwhelming roar of support as that part of the crowd rallied to this Kiyoshi Akechi. Rallied to this... "Crows."
"Unfettered" himself raised his right fist into the air in support, roaring along with those who would rally with Kiyoshi.
The nest had been established. It looked like the time to spread their wings had come.
