Mathew strode confidently in to what was apparently Dragon territory. It was actually a novel idea, Dragon's having a territory. He had always worked under the assumption that a Dragon went wherever they pleased. But then again he was a Dragon hipster. He was one before it was cool.
Still, the idea that the Dragons had an alliance with the Crows and would fall in line to make an army to fight him, should he piss off Kiyoshi. Well, that idea just tickled him. It tickled him so much that he was actually dragging his Green loving ass over here to inspect the troops as it were. Or smack someone around if they got uppity with him. Leave of absence or not, he was still the most ancient of the living Dragons.

A rock, nearly pebble size, would smack into the back of Mathews head.
"Well, still ugly I see. Some things never change."
David stood behind Matt, having received a report that someone matching his description had strutted into their territory. Behind him were three others- Brad, August, and Bee. They hands their hands in their pockets, watching him with mild disinterest. David grinned.
Walking forward, he would come to within five or ten feet of the guy, hands also in pockets.
"Nice to see ya again, Man. How you been?"

"Ow."
He deadpanned as he turned to face Blaze. Pleased to at least run in to someone that was not a total waste of time. He didn't know what to expect now. He clicked his tongue as his eyes scanned the others with Blaze. To afraid to come alone maybe? Maybe.
"What's with the fan club?"
He reached up and flicked his bangs to the side before cracking his neck and folding his arms over his chest.
"Oh not much, came in town to pick Leon up. Heard there was an army of Dragons and Crows available to kill me if I piss Kiyoshi off. Thought I would check out the Dragon half of the army."
He let out a small scoff.

David cocked an eyebrow.
"There was no promises it would be you, or that an army wouldn't follow. Since I don't like to have all the fun, I figured if someone wanted to move in, I might try and share their blood. I was spreading the possible wealth, as it were."
He now raised both eyebrows.
"Dragons and crows...? We have no such agreement. In fact, neither Jon or Kiyoshi has seen fit to even speak with me yet. Seems they feel our position was solidified by Areo. And Spike. I haven't yet decided what I want to do yet."
He then rewound back to Matts first statement.
Leon...?
"What did you mean pick Leon up? Don't you know he's dead?"

He barked out a laugh. Hollow threat when it came to Dragons, and with luck he might have just pushed the Dragon's away from the Crow's a little bit. Serves them right if he did, threatening him like that for no reason. He waved away David explaining the fan club. Honestly he didn't care that much.
"Yeah, I keep hearing Leon is dead. Yet I haven't seen his body and instead I've gained the loyalty of two of his clones. Go figure right?"
Another laugh. This one a bit tense. Annoyed. Because more than one Leon was annoying.
"Going to assault a base in Barker territory in a few days. See what I can find. Maybe the real Leon, maybe a clue. But I don't think he is dead."

David stared a moment, registering it. Clones? The fuck was Barkers sick ass up to?
"If your going, then so are we."
If Mathew, by this time, hadnt noticed, some fifty men would be coming out of the alleys on all sides of him. They were all scarred, and all had a look in their eye of having see. Death. Battle hardened- David made sure they were trained to live up to the name of "Dragon."
"In fact, it might be simpler if you just signed on with us."

His eyes scanned the men as they seemed to come out of the woodwork. Good, at least he had some numbers if there was an army. Or if there were more than just the real Dragons. He gave Blaze a level gaze when he offered him a spot with them. He was already a Dragon, was this some formality? Probably.
"Sure why not. Few conditions. We are the same rank, I predate you after all. I get to do my own thing, and we share our resources. Until Barker is dead at least."
He dropped his folded arms.
"If those are doable, I'm in."

David cocked an eyebrow. A man stepped forward as David went to respond, the fellow obviously angered by Matts "insult" of rank insistence.
"You can't just climb into the ring with Ali because you think you can box. You want to be someone here? You earn it. You can take off those fancy pants clothes, and bleed for your rank, as we have. We will decide if you are worthy."
David stared at the man, who looked between him and Matt, before turning his eyes back to Amtrum. The crowd had formed a wide circle, staring inward, agreement all around. The man spoke again.
"Do you agree? Or will you run like a dog with it's tail between it's legs?"
David wouldn't be surprised if Matt kicked the guy in the nuts.
Hell, he was half tempted to, just to shut him up. But he had a point- it was their law, and there was nothing he could do to change it.

Mathew kept his eyes on Blaze, a small smile playing across his lips as the other man spoke up at him. A blunted spike of stone shooting up from the ground to slam in to his gut as soon as the words left his mouth. For all intents and purposes Mathew wasn't paying attention to him though.
"You want me to take my pants off David?"

David ignored the other man, who had crumpled to the ground holding his gut, instead keeping his eyes on Matt.
"I'd prefer not. But he did say one thing I do agree with- you'd have to fight me if you want my rank. Pants can stay on, but your torso, arms, head- must all be bare. No Qi. Non lethal. Just fist on bone until the crowd is satisfied. You up for it?"

"Sounds fun."
The stone raised up behind him shifting in to a square. Mathew would shrug off his Earth Dragon coat in to it. It fell with a VERY loud thud. Next was his bracers. He slid the ring off his finger, and he was already bare foot. The next item to be removed was his shirt. The stone that was coiled around his torso crumbled to dust and fell on the ground until all that was left was the Reaper tattoo on his back. Nothing he could do about that.
With everything in the box Mathew would seal it so that it was just a solid stone square. Just in case anyone had any funny ideas.
"Let's do this."
He took a few slow steps forward before rushing forward, diving to the ground in a somersault, pressing his hands on the ground as his body twisted to spin, a sweep kick with momentum and his weight behind it. A twist on his normal approach with this. Normally he went for a donkey kick first.

A grin.
He shrugged off his own jacket, taking the bandanna off as well. Next came his shirt and shoes, leaving everything exposed to the world. To the group. They all stood silent, staring at the warriors inside. He could tell they were eager, nervous even. If this man could hold his own, they would have a second Elder. A morale boost for a group whose numbers would likely swell because of it.
David stepped forward as Matt rushed him. As the man went down into a modified leg sweep, David would kick out the flat of his foot at Mathews shin ( the one he was sweeping with), planting the foot afterward and stepping forward on it, using his other foot to kick, in a punt- like style, the earth dragons torso while he was still lower toward the ground. Hopefully both moves would sync up without a hitch, but God knows where hope gets you.

The foot hit Mathew's shin halting his attack and causing him to drop his arms from holding him up, his back hitting the ground with a small thud. His hands shooting up to grab the leg that was trying to kick his torso. And if he caught it he would twist the ankle and leg as he pushed backwards.
Hopefully this would floor David as well. If it did that he would roll away and take the moment to pick himself up. He wasn't quite ready to roll around with David fighting over who got to be on top. Not on the first date.

Davids foot was caught and twisted, causing him to face away from Matt and lose balance. On the push, he'd stumble and roll forward, twisting up into a crouching position and launching himself back at Amtrum. Once close, he would go old fashioned-
A left cross, followed by a right uppercut (should the cross land). Simple, and effective.

Alright, punching game. He could handle that. He took the cross, with a small grunt. His knee shooting upward to slam in to David's stomach. Hopefully knocking the wind out of him and preventing the upper cut long enough for Mathew to follow up with a headbutt. If not, well he was going to get punched in the jaw and stumble back a step as he leveled his head again.
