Lightning Tower

[Mr. Kaar]

Leon had gathered his army his apprentices, and his son at the base level of Lightning Tower. The finishing touches of his compund being put into place and poliched or painted through. Flags would fall into place with black backrounds and drawn in an electric blue. Leon would sit in a throne while to his left would be Aryn, and to his right would stand Levi. Yun would approach from the right of the two steps leading to the raised platform where the throne sat.

Once everyone was gathered in rows and lines standing on each side of the dark blue carpet in the center of the isle, Leon would stand and walk to the center of the platform.

"Today, our territory declares itself an empire. We are still part of the Dragons, we are still aiming to kill Barker, but we must set a government for the people to follow and feel will aid them. To do that, we will proclaim ourselves as such. You are all soldiers in this Empire of Lightning. I will be its King."

With that the ceremony of Knighting both Aryn and Levi would commence, along with Yun, Soren, Shen, Bastion, and Chris.

"Spread out, let it be known through the entire territory, and begin rebuilding and aiding the people!"

Feet would come together as their right hands would be clasped into fists over their hearts. Everyone would leave, and Leon would go back to his seat.

[Kyrie Blaze]

A petite woman strode through, towards Leon's lightning tower. She had a question, more a favour, to ask the Lightning Dragon.

And really, he was the only one that could accomplish it.

She respectfully requested to be permitted entrance, and if granted, would move throught the tower until she found Leon in his room.

[Mr. Kaar]

Yun walked down the path ro the main gate at the request of a Dragon Apprentice wishing to see Leon, he'd smile and nod and lead Kiyr to Leon's chamber in the top of the Tower. Leon would be sitting on his throne rising himself to walk over to Kiyr.

"Ah, been a while since I've seen you. Did you need something?"

[Kyrie Blaze]

Yun was given a soft murmur of thanks, and Kyrie followed him. When Leon approached, he was given a slight smile, and bow with her hand over her heart before straightening.

"Greetings." A pause, and she was - at least - somewhat grateful she didn't have to beat around the bush or try to find a way to lightly approach the subject. "I was hoping I could ask for a small favour from the Lightning Dragon."

[Mr. Kaar]

Yun smiled as he took up his place as a guard near the door, though it seemed word hadn't reached the Dragon apprentices, or mybe they didn't have to refer to him as royalty. Yun was curious.

Leon however smiled at her words. The curiousity was killing him, but he decided to tease himself a bit by walking back to his throne, sitting down and waving for her to approach.

"Alright, tell me."

[Kyrie Blaze]

"I believe you will like this." ...perhaps the distinction shouldn't have been noted. She was still asking the Lightning Dragon as that figurehead, first and foremost, rather than the Lightning King. Perhaps. "Could I ask you to keep your apprentice, Levi, awake and away from home with some sort of training from the twenty-second to the evening of the twenty-fourth? Any way you wish to accomplish that is fine with me, of course."

[Mr. Kaar]

Leon would ponder... His smile widening.

"Why.... Yes, yes I can. Any particuler reason, or is it a surprise?"

[Kyrie Blaze]

"I would prefer to keep it a surprise. You make for the best diversion in this case, and it will not be anything out of the ordinary for Levi, necessarily."

[Mr. Kaar]

"When in my training nothing is out of the ordinary."

Leon would comment, though he was really itching to know now.

"Why do I have to keep him awake though? This requires him to be tired, fatigued?.... Sloppy?"

[Kyrie Blaze]

"True. But he would not suspect anything if you are the one calling upon him."

Her head slowly tilted to the side.

"Not sloppy, necessarily. Just tired. Enough that when he finally does get to sleep, he will not wake up if he senses a familiar presence. Unfortunately...forcing someone to remain awake for an extended time can be a form of torture, with temporary side-effects such as insanity. That is not necessarily what I want. Just keep him awake until the point that his body will not listen to his mind to stay awake, if you will?"

[Mr. Kaar]

"So you want fatigue and lack of functionality over stress. No problem."

Leon would slap his right hand to his chest.

"Leave it to me."

[Kyrie Blaze]

Tricksy fuckin' Hobbits.

Kyrie flashed a slightly larger smile and offered another bow, straightening after.

"You have all of my gratitude. If you feel I can return the favour, somehow, feel free to ask me."

Should there be nothing else, Kiyr would turn to either be escorted back down, or travel down and out of the tower itself, on her own.

[Levi Kayamei]

Levi was walking through lightning tower, still marveling at the feat of construction in this day in age. His pace slowed to a stop as he heard footsteps coming from behind, turning around slowly to see a messenger. He looked at the man expectedly as he approached.

"Elder Leon wishes to see you commander."

Levi nodded and resumed his pace, now working towards the throne room. He quickly arrived, acknowledging Leon's presence as he walked towards him, stopping a good 10 feet away as he placed his hand in his pockets.

"You wanted to see me master?"

[Mr. Kaar]

Leon would turn his head his eyes where closed as he had been trying to follow Levi with his own senses through the castle. He could only suspect that for the apprentice, that kind of thing had to be far too simple. Yet Leon had to concentrate. Opening his eyes he'd raise an eye brow as he stood up a stretched.

"What do you think, Levi? Lord, King, Emperor, Highness? Interesting concept as it is, I'm not sure if I could bring myself to completely get on board with this latest move of mine."

[Levi Kayamei]

Levi smiled with a light chuckle as he contemplated the question. Titles other than the titles they already possessed seemed excessive.

"I think your title is more than sufficient. Being recognized as the leader is more important than the title anyways.

He considered his own title and scoffed at how obsolete it was. He was sure he would earn another in time. His expression got somewhat more serious as he poised his question.

"So...what was your endgame plan for all of this?"
