Rai would be allowed into the courtyard as usual, but for the time being no further.He'd wait only a few minutes before Leon exited the Tower to speak to him.

Rai bowed his head to his uncle.
"Hello, I was wondering if you had any suggestions on what I could do to improve my pupils in their training. Also if you had anymore I was wanting to see if I could get some gamble fruit to offer them, hoping to coax out their Qi."

"Gamble fruit isn't very easy to grow, you may have to work for it. Also Pupil improvement is not what your aiming at. You want advice on how to raise your own militia to a strong standing position... At least enough to be recognized as a force... Yes?"

Leon would lead Rai into the tower. Then downstairs to the granite enforced basement, where a machine was running off what appeared to be a glowing three foot frozen lightning bolt shaped ice sculpture with moving plasma within.
"I want your blood. Not all of it, just enough to put inside the ice there, but it has to remain active as Qi until it makes contact with the plasma inside."

Rai looked at Leon quizzically.
"Ok... I guess thats fair... Why though? I mean what good will my blood be to you?"
Rai still held out his hand letting the blood seep to the surface and he would place his hand on the ice and started to pump his blood into the ice.

Leon would smile.
"Honestly... I don't know... A gamble for a Gamble, huh?"
Obviously pointing out that both this and the outcome of the gamble fruit are unknown.
While Rai pumped his blood into the ice his sixth sense would automatically be forced on his body telling him this ice concoction was far stronger than both himself and Leon, once his blood made contact with the black plasma inside they would mix quickly, his blood not hardening but staying a flowing ball in the center, breaking off smaller balls to float about the ice.
"Interesting..."

Rai continued to put his blood inside this... whatever it was and watched with amazement. Waiting for Leon to tell him when had added all that he needed.

Leon would keep a smile on his face.
"It started as an expirament. I combined the most refined and concentrated output of my Qi with another master Ice Qi user. Though there is a constant flow of Qi coming from it and a usable source of energy. I just don't know to what extent. I don't want to be the guy hitting the warhead of an atom bomb with a little wood works hammer because I like the echo. I'm also curious as to... How much more can be added."
If there ever was a mad scientist who'd be his own downfall, it was Leon.
