Sider was legitimately surprised at that kind of randomness, he didn't even see the punch coming until it was almost too late, sider only had enough time to move his head to the left while his face turned to the right, almost upon instinct did sider bring up his left fist for a close and tight uppercut. Dropping the sword that was in his right hand to hold his newly broken and bleeding nose.

The staff in Lucien's right hand acted as a guard against Sider's uppercut, pressing it down, the wood supported by his forearm.

While the bleeding nose was distracting Sidervib, and possibly (hopefully) obscuring his vision, Lucien would then use his left hand to swing down and hit Sider square in the balls.

Koshiro, still sitting on the sidelines would see this and cringe a little.
"OOOOHHHH!!!"

Sider saw the punch and deflected it with his right hand, then attempted to knee lucien straight in the stomach.

[Lucien DeChain]

Lucien was shocked at the speed of the hand, which was previously covering Sider's nose, that slammed his hand back to block the nut shot.

He then promptly took a knee in the stomach. Bending forward, he made sure to exhale fully as to not get the wind knocked out of him, again.

Hey, this is a good opportunity for...

His head was falling forward, curling over from the force of the knee to his gut. With that momentum, he would slam his forehead down against Sider's already broken nose.

At the same time, his staff slammed down on Sidervib's left foot.

fuck...

Sider wouldn't see the headbutt coming at all, and certainly not the staff in his foot, with the combination of both attack he would stumble backwards writhing in pain because of his nose. and would promptly fall over backwards in the middle of a stumble that he lost his footing on.

"Fuck lucien! Ugh! good hit...good hit..."

Sider would say attempting to get back up.

[Lucien DeChain]

"Oh, no you don't!" Lucien would yell as he would jump on top of Sider, aiming his staff downwards towards his gut, and landing in a straddling position around Sidervib. If that worked, he would start to punch and hit with the butt end of his stick, aiming for the area about Sider's face and neck.

sider would put his hands up to block from the sides of his face, while inbetween strikes he would send quick jabs to lucien's chin.

[Lucien DeChain]

Lucien was enjoying this. Yeah, he had Sidervib right where he wanted him...

In between the punches to the jaw, which albeit hurt, but not enough to distract, Lucien would lay his staff flat across Sider's throat, and press down with his arm. His other arm was still pounding down punches onto Sider's face, trying to get inside his guard.

Hopefully he didn't pass out too soon, Lucien was having fun with this!

Sider, still having his hands up in guard, luckily did not have the staff go all the way to his throat, though admittantly it was hard to keep the staff off his throat while punches were coming in. sider used his hips to thrust upward hopefully forcing lucien into a higher position than he wanted to be in.

Lucien was bucked up to a higher position for a brief moment, and used it to reposition his staff in his hand, pointing it straight down. As he came back down, he would slam his weight towards the ground, stabbing his staff's butt end down between Sider's guard, and hopefully jamming it right between the eyes.

sider pushed it to the left side with his right hand and held onto it with his left, then he would go for more quick jabs to the nose on lucien.

[Lucien DeChain]

A small trickle of blood came from his nose.

"Oh, so you like my nose, hm? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA"

Lucien was a ball of adrenaline. He was also having way too much fun right now. At this moment, his level of restraint was reaching the minimal. Abandoning the staff, he proceeded to pound Sidervib's face into the ground, aiming mainly for the nose and teeth. Punch after punch, slamming right for the nose.

Sider kept his guard up the best he could trying to see patterns in what lucien was doing. Fatigue was catching up to sider and he had to finish this. I mean...it was a "friendly" fight after all. Sider opened up his guard the slightest bit to let lucien get a solid hit it with his right hand, Sider's nose squirted out with blood, Sider grabbed luciens right fist and forced it open, grabbing the thumb with his left hand, and the pinky with his right hand, he would pull with his left, and push with his right in an attempt to flip lucien over, it was a nerve cluster and a couple of pressure point he was using against his opponent after all.

While Sidervib was spending his time frantically trying to open Lucien's hand, his free hand sent three quick jabs in speedy succession flying for Sider's nose. Whether or not he got flipped over was irrelevant, because a second after...

"Time's up! Fight over, fighters please exit the pit!"

And Lucien immediately stood up and walked away. It was about time to see a doctor about the mixture of blood on his knuckles.

And he desperately needed to calm down.
