Rai walked over to Mako and grabbed him by the back of his shirt and threw him in the ring jumping in after fully dressed.
"Maybe you should get a warm up in on someone who's rested up before you pick on someone that just got out of a fight?"

Rai called after the man laughing as he turned his back to the man and walked out of the ring. There needed to be some new blood here.

Lucien, once fully healed up and ready, took a few deep breaths and stood up, walking away from the med station, and beginning the long trek back to the Nest. For now, his anger was subsided. Now he had some feelings to work out.
