5 a.m. came faster than Koshiro thought possible. The sun broke through waking him. He sat up and picked up the bow and some of his knives. Throwing, a dagger, and one hidden blade on his lower back under his shirt. He picked up a quiver and some bows. He stood up picked up his jacket and walked to the training grounds.
"oh god. She is going to kill me......wait. oh shit. I going to be fighting THE FIRST! Well on the bright side she didn't kick me out of crow territory, so she will probably will teach me some interesting things. Hopefully I can bring some things to the table. too. It's gonna be a long day, but a hell of a fun one." he thought to himself. He reached the training grounds. The sun had peeked out over the horizon now. He could see clearly. He walked into the room. Looking around he noticed that there was nothing remarkably unique about it. It was a simple gym with scars across it from previous battles. He sat and meditated until Delilah arived. He looked at his watch, it was 5:15.

Trickling in on their own would be six men and one woman, all yawning and unhappy with being there.Cain and Heather came in first, together. They saw the young man with white hair meditating, exchanged a glance, and laughed conspiratorially. They would begin some team stretching. Talon would be next to enter, and he would look directly at Koshiro, shake his head woefully and do the same thing.
Birch, Nick, Nigel, and Sergei would follow suit, virtually ignore them, and go to stretching.
As soon as the clock on the wall struck six am, Delilah strode in. The Tengu jumped to their feet and lined up in the middle of the room facing the South wall, hands behind their backs. She walked in front of the line, stopped in the center and looked each of them over.
"Ohai-yo gosimasu,"
"Ohai-yo gosaimasu, sensei," they would echo in unison.
"This training session, I am introducing a new Brother into the ways of budo. Before we begin, Koshiro, please introduce yourself to the group."

Ignoring the laughter he muttered something that none could hear, completing his morning meditation. He stood almost gracefully. He looked at the group and blinked his deep purple eyes. "I am Koshiro. I used to be a WarHazzard, I am no longer. I spent 5 years as a merc before coming here. I am here to train. I hope to learn something from each of you." He bowed and stood at the end of the line.

The team would listen with straight, calm faces, still facing Delilah. She would nod and look at him from her position in the center of the room.
"For as long as I deem you worthy, you will be trained under myself and the men and woman in this room. They are your senior instructors.
"You will be trained in the same methods I was trained in, the same way I trained the others in this room. You will be sweat. You will bleed. You will be beaten, broken, put back together and shattered into pieces again. I am going to make basic training look like a fucking tickle fight.
"And that's nothing compared to the physical stuff I have planned for you."
The seven winced at the thought of that, remembering their own extensive training. Birch, the man standing beside him, gave him a look that was full of pity.
Bro, you don't even.
Delilah would continue. "Warm ups. Go."
First, laps, running in complete silence as fast as they could in a large circle around the gym, picking up one of the thin books sitting in a stack on the bleachers to balance on their heads. The name of the game was to not let Delilah hear you, barring punishment.
[OOC:
Your task is to complete as many laps as you physically can do while sprinting at top speed, silently, and balancing a book on your head, until you either collapse or fail (at either running silently or balancing the book).
Your path is counter clockwise around the perimeter of the gym, weaving through weight equipment, running straight around a curved wall and avoiding small obstacles along the way, on top of the aluminum bleachers, against another straight wall, and back again.]

He started running. Fast. His stealth skills were rusty. He hadn't been using them much recently. He knew he was better than this. He would run balancing the book as well as he could. He ran. 3, 4, 5 the laps were getting more difficult. He lost concentration for a moment then he saw it. A weight bar. It had been left on the ground. Or put there. Of course he didn't see it till it was to late. His leg caught it. But fortunatly it caught the lip of the mat. The bar itself didn't make hardly any noise. He tripped rolled over the bench and hit face first into the floor. *Smack!* he pushed off the ground grabbing the book and took off again. This was going to be a long day.

Standing in the centre of the room with her eyes closed, Delilah listened for sounds, any sounds. Good start; it was quiet...save for the breathing and the After about a minute, they started coming.
-tink-
"NICK. Keep your feet flat."
Silence for several seconds.
-thump-
"Talon..."
"I know, I know..."
Five seconds later.
-Squiiiiiik-
"Birch, was that on purpose?"
"...noooo?"
"Uh-huh."
Ten seconds..
....Thirty...
...Forty-fiiiiiive...
...fifty-sev--
-BUMP, THUD, CRASH-
"JESUS, Heather!"
"Sorrysorry, I'M OKAY!"
Twenty-four sec--
-WHAM-
A chorus of sympathetic "ooooooohhh"'s followed Koshiro's face plant into the hard floor of the gym. Delilah hissed through her teeth and gave her head a small shake. Poor guy. "Koshiro, watch your footing."
She would let this continue until everyone was wheezing for breath calling out to them when they were slowing down to push them a little further ("SERGEI, PICK IT UP") she would let out a sharp whistle indicating they should stop.
Panting, the Tengu fell back on the gym floor, some tapping their chests to refind their heart beat. Delilah would count in her head the thirty seconds they had for a break.
She clapped her hands together. "OKAY, ON YOUR FEET. Squat down to the floor. Then jump. GO."
[OOC: Self-explanatory. Do a couple of these yourself just to understand what it is you're doing. I'm talking jump into the air and then squat down to the floor without falling over. Hands by your temples!]

He was used to the cardio. Even though he was starting to breath heavy, this is what he lived for. He jumped (Strength) And landed (Wisdom) over and over. after about 20 he started feeling a little clumsy. Of course, he forgot breakfast. Even as his mothers words rung in his ear. ("The most important meal....") he got lost in thought again. as he was rounding 30 he hit....a puddle? From where? To late. His feet hit and he slipped, this time however, he didn't make a sound except for the slight squeak of a shoe. He slipped, and with a slap against the hard ground his hands would catch him, It was impressive, but at a cost. The slap of his hands echoed through the entire room. Without a word he stood up. Stepped to the right one step and started again.
After 18 minutes, he had gone as far as he could. His legs gave out and he hit the ground with a smack. He sat up and started stretching his legs. Waiting for the next torture that she would come up with.

Out of her team of seven, there was only one set of feet that she heard repeatedly hitting the ground after about three minutes or so. Koshiro. She made a note of it, but otherwise said nothing. Her team kept going, slowing down in pace and height of their jumps, but still managing to land with silent precision. AS THEY SHOULD.
Still, they had to stop almost a full ten minutes before Koshiro did. Delilah gave them a few quick hand motions and her team would slip into a circle in push up position with their shins laying across the shoulders of the person behind them. The moment Koshiro was done with his task, she would point at the group doing push-ups.
"Get in there. Nigel, Talon, make some room."
The pair looked at her, almost concerned. "You sure that's a good idea?"
She swiveled her head to lock eyes with Koshiro's deep purple gaze. "He could use a challenge."
Once Koshiro was settled into the circle (with his shoulders on Talon's large, meaty arms [elevation at full extension is four feet] and with Nigel's strong, bulky legs resting on each of Koshiro's shoulders [40lbs/leg]), Delilah would step nimbly over Cain and into the middle of the circle, looking down at the men and woman assembled around her.
"You will begin on my mark and to my count.
"UP!
"DOWN!
"HALF-WAY"
"THREE QUARTERS"
"DOWN
"ONE QUARTER"
"DOWN"
"UP"
"THREE QUARTERS"
"UP"
"HALFWAY"
"THREE QUARTERS"
"ONE QUARTER"
"UP"
This would continue for ten straight minutes or until Koshiro's arms gave out.
[OOC:This excersize tests your Strength and Con stats. Koshiro would be weakened by the strain of the previous excersizes and by not eating breakfast. This simulates timing, elevated pushups to push the center of balance point near the center of the chest rather than the abdomen with weight pressing down on it. The 'count' of a new position comes every second.]

He started to break a sweat. He did the only out of line thing he had done since basic. He spoke.
"you're right Ma'am! I love a challenge!" He said.
Five minutes passed. His arms started to wobble. They were turning to jello. Just as it was rounding 6 minutes his whole body went numb and he could only push through another minute before his body locked up. He couldn't move. He strained and collapsed.

When Koshiro collapsed, the whole train of people ninjas collapsed as well, one of their supports gone. Only Talon remained at full extension with Koshiro's legs on his shoulders. He arched a brow down at the white haired boy.
"Ukemi-kata, JUST on this eight by ten space. Don't hit eachother. GO!"
With a groan, the team would disengage from their pile of tangled limbs and begin rolling across the hard floor, breathing hard and sweating. Not only forward rolls, but back rolls, side roll, cartwheels of every variety and dive rolls.
Walking dextrously through the crowd of rolling bodies, if any one stopped for a moment, Delilah would use one of the six-foot staves from the wall and swing at their heads with it. They would stop only when she said so, and if they hit another person, both got swiped at, and not nicely either with blows aimed for bones or the head.
[OOC: This excersize is designed to test your Constitution, Dexterity and Wisdom that also gives us a chance to show your knowledge of the different types of rolls. Given the extent of the last three strenuous excersizes, this will also make you extremely dizzy over time. Only once everyone has been hit at least once by Delilah's staff will the excersize stop.]

"This should be good." He thought. His time as a merc taught him much. They used him as more of an assassin. He was used to rolling and crawling through ducts and tunnels and such. This would be a cakewalk. He rolled passing Delilah and smiling a bit.
He jumped and rolled almost hitting a bleacher. Instead in a seamless transition he rolled to his Freeland grabbed the step pulling himself forward using the momentum up his roll to it. Not stopping for an instant. He rolled across the bleachers then cartwheels down the steps. He got to the ground his hands hit silently, he pushed off and tightened his roll. He lunged through the air over the weight bench. Rolling without a sound back onto the ground. He switched to a sideways roll. The key to not getting dizzy is changing the direction precisely. He was showing off and he knew it. Just as he almost hit another he spread his arms like a spring board he leapfrogged over the person and kept going.

As Koshiro leap-frogged over Sergei, Delilah would bring the staff down on the top of his head, just a smart tap to remind him to watch his peripheral vision.
But this was good. He was flexible and nimble. It was a good start. They just had to work on his timing and endurance, mostly.
Speaking of.
"On your feet all of you. Form a circle around me."
She held the stick loosely in her grip, smiling a little.
"Ready?"

Koshiro leaned over to one of the others, rubbing his head and asked in a whisper "Ready for what?" He asked Talon (Again, in a whisper. Just saying)

Talon's hazel eyes shifted over to the man who was shorter and skinnier than he was, eyes wide with warning. He wasn't able to respond verbally, but from his facial expression, Koshiro would be able to tell that whatever it was they were supposed to be ready for, it was something to be worried about.
"Chiyo-tenshi tobi." <Four directional movements of Earth and Heaven> She would intone, her smile growing ever so slightly. "Hajime!" <Begin!>
Her staff came up and around in a large circle as she swept the room, aiming for the heads of her 'students'. Delilah wasn't holding back on this, either; she was using the vast majority of her speed to advantage herself against her "opponents", her natural sense of timing to trick them when they were already committed to a motion, her strength to hurt the when she hit them (which she would, sometimes, and wouldn't if they were smart or lucky), her intelligence to be able to attack her enemies in an unspecified pattern and her endurance to outlast every single one of them.
Nigel, Cain, Birch and Sergei managed to duck the swing. Standing between Sergei and Talon would be Koshiro, with Talon on his opposite side, who was clipped in the side of the ear. Nick would get the full force of the hit in the side of the head and, while Heather ducked, the skin-head crashed into her and they formed a heap on the ground.
She would extend and jab the staff at the downed pair, konking Nick right in the forehead. Twisting her hand and shifting her momentum, she jabbed the staff the other way, at the chest of Birch, who barely was able to swivel to the side to avoid it. Then Talon. Then Cain. Then Nigel. Then at Koshrio
Twirling the staff swiftly to change her grip, the wooden ends sounding very much like the blades of a helicopter before she suddenly dropped, aiming a long sweep for each of their legs, ending on Koshiro. By the time he was mid-jump, if he had a chance to clear the stick Delilah would be standing again, her foot propped against the base of the staff. She would push down with her foot, effectively attempting to slam the staff ontop of Koshiro.

The first swing came around. He barely saw it coming, he wouldn't had it not been for the others dropping. He leaned back like "spiderman" bending his legs almost to the ground.
The second swing came in a jabbing motion. He saw the others dodging. When the stick came at him he didn't even see a blur, he just prayed and hoped. He reached out his hands shifted his weight and jumped. While his momentum pulled him up, it would look as though he was just hand-standing on the stick for a second, then he dropped back onto his feet when she pulled away.
The third swing came. Koshiro back-flipped onto his hands then pushed off of them completing the back-flip back into the exact spot he was.
finally the fourth swing. He did't see it coming. He wasn't expecting that. He stood the cracking a smile when *WHACK* The staff came down on his head. He was out cold.
(Not sure if the staff would actually knock me out or not, but considering he had been smacked in the head already, and he hasn't eaten. I think he will be out for a couple minutes. at least til someone throws water at him.)
