Rai would be looking around a bit seeing if he could find Delilah... Again... He would sigh.
"I really need to get a lay of the land around here so I know where I'm going..."
Rai would continue to stumble and look around until he found Delilah or someone who could tell him where to find her... This whole thing was new to him and he wasn't sure what he was doing...

{OOC} Hope you guys don't mind I sneak this in. Just say the word and I'll knock it off the thread.{OOC}
Unbeknownst to Rai, a figure clad in an olive drab leather jacket, black sweater and a pair of canvas work pants topped off with a rather impressive hat lined with the teeth of various predators he had killed over the years, spotted the young Sudeki. Moving in a path parallel to Raikostu but at least a whole block away, Thistle used the darkened back alleys and the windows of buildings to keep tabs on the Young Sudeki as he walked.
"Thistle to Fox." "Go ahead "Thissy'" "Oh god don't you start. PLEASE don't you start that." "Hahahaha! Sure thing Thistle. So whats up?" "Found the Sudeki boy in our neck of the woods that's what." "Going to have to be more specific than that Thistle." "S'one with the Eyepatch and white hair." "Oh my now that IS instersting. What's he doing?" "Wandering around looking lost from what I see so fa'" "Ve-ry in-ter-est-ing. Stick on him Thistle. From what I've heard, that should be Raikotsu. I've never heard of him entering out territory unless he needed something......." "That so? I'll be like the white to his rice then. Thanks Fox, I'll keep you informed." "Appreciated. With the Alpha right now so don't expect me to respond right away. Just keep a log like we talked about. Fox out."
Thistle grimaced. He hated note taking but knew it was essential if he and the other wolves were going to act as Marcus' eyes and ears out on the field. Shrugging off his single strap Knapsack, The grizzled New Zealander pulled a small faded black notebook and a pencil out and began to scribble a few lines.

Rai would continue walking around Crow territory stopping when he saw a gentleman that looked familiar but he couldn't quite place it.
"Do you know-"
Then it hit him... DON'T ASK IF THEY KNOW BECAUSE THEY DO!
"where I might be able to find the First, Delilah Black, good sir?"

"Thistle to Fox. Fox? Oh, Right, well get this then. Lad's just having a walk around an asked some poor knob the directions to our esteemed First Black." After a few minutes of waiting, A familier and much bemused voice would crackle on the radio with a sigh. "God forbid he drop us a line first. Alright then, whereabouts are you two?" It didn't take Thistle long to find a point of reference and report back. Aknowledged Thistle, we send it up the chain. Good catch old wolf." "Damnit Fox! You-" "Be sure to keep us updated on your location. Ciao!" "I'll Update yo-"
Fortunatly whatever crass stream of profanities Thistle had in store were cut off as the young red head switched channels with an amused chuckle, prompting a sharp glare from Marcus as they and a few other members of the pack continued working on Mathew Amtrums and Bastilles Wedding Gift.
"Central this is Patricia Abakan with Priority level three message for First Black" Priority Level three of five. Five levels that in theory assisted in organizing all of the inbound messages Delilah recieved in any given day with one being almost mundane or without time constraint and five being a direct and immediate threat from Barker and his forces. "Message is as follows. The young Raikotsu Sudeki has been spotted requesting the Presence of First Delilah Black. Located in the outlying region. Updates will come when available."

"Priority level is acknowledged. En route. Thank you, Fox. Over and out."
Dropping her hand from the earset with a small sigh, Delilah dismissed her Tengu to their various tasks with a wave of her hand and set off in the direction the red-haired Russian woman had mentioned in her relay of information.

The man would look at him incredulously, having seen the young man before the last time he had arrived to inquire about the First. "Uh, NO. I'm just a farmer, man, I don't know shit about the First's schedule! Prolly off kissing babies, making nice with the other gangs, political shit.
"JEEZ."
And again, he would stalk away, annoyed at the boy and the question.
From behind Raikotsu, Delilah would hang upside down from a still intact street sign, arms crossed over her chest, feeling playful.
"Hello, Clarice~."

Rai cringed at the old mans words and was sorry he ever asked as he walked away. Geez, I really should just not ask that guy... anything, ever. Sigh... Then Rai heard her.
"Clarice?"
Rai said turning around to see the familiar Delilah hanging upside down?
"Who is that?"

She continued to hang there and gave him an incredulous look.
"Uh, Hannibal Lector? From 'Silence of the Lambs'? There were books, movies? WITH ANTHONY HOPKINS!" she shook her head and pulled her knees towards her head, performing a little flip to land silently on her feet.
"What can I help you with?"

Rai would just look at her...
"I've heard of it... Anyways I am here on an assignment from Mathew and I was wondering if you could direct me to who I needed to be directed too."
Rai smiled.

She looked back at him, with a polite blink.
"'Assignment'?"

Rai nodded.
"Yes, I am to be the new Liaison between Dragons and Crows."
Rai would bow his head with his fist on his chest.
"Or at least we would hope that you would accept that agreement. We are looking to expand relations between our two factions and Mathew has requested of me to come here and be the go between for the Dragons and Crows so as to keep us all more connected."

Delilah tilted her head to the side, eyes narrowed slightly, though her expression was still fairly bemused.
"Funny. I thought that was me." she indicated David's sash on her upper arm. "The person you can speak about that to is standing right in front of you. So," Her head tilted a little more, very interested. What was Mathew's game, when he had been content for her to come to him thus far? "What's up?"

"Now I don't know what all is said to be for certain but at the meeting where I was given this assignment Blaze was the only one out of the 3 elders that wasn't there, so I can only assume that he isn't taking part in major matters anymore, or is dealing with something more important either way I was given the assignment to keep communications up between you, the Crows and us, the Dragons, maybe Mathew is using me only to test my own strength in these ordeal after all I am still his student and I am still training. But it could also be that he sees that using someone like me as the go between would be better than having someone as important as you have to be the one to leave the battlefeild to run and let us know whats happening you see? Always to have two people to relay info than one and always good to have a grunt that can leave when a leader cannot."
Rai would say, hoping that he wouldn't fail at his task before it even started.

Delilah frowned.
She wasn't fond of this. What battlefield? No one was fighting at the moment, and if they were, everyone would know about it instantly, for Mathew would learn about it either from the Crow's central of communications or from the Gods, who both she and Mathew shared an affiliation with. The fact that 'Mathew' or the other Dragon's...David excluded, apparently-- seemed to assume that she was for whatever reason, unable to fufill the duty she had been taking part in thus far. Either would know that she wouldn't want a middle man in between in order to avoid miscommunication.
Part of her wanted to tell Rai that it wouldn't be necessary and send him on his way...but if she didn't, the political implications were hefty, if she didn't. She would continue to frown for a while before speaking to him.
"I am in no position to refuse such help and I welcome it. But in order to prevent miscommunication, you will need to check in with me every time you visit our lands, if I am available. You will speak to me and only me; I don't want any miscommunications on our part heading down the line to the Dragons and getting confused. I will also assign one of our soldiers to assist you around the territory in case you require any immediate communication with me.
"How does that sound?"

Rai bowed.
"I accept your terms gladly, but I have a feeling you still feel unsure about the situation."
Rai would search her face and see if anything would appear there to confirm or deny what he thought, though she was a hardened veteran and didn't expect to see much.
"What if I made an offer that might make you and I both more comfortable, and this would be completely and totally up to you as I have not yet spoken to my master about this decision yet..."

This would award Rai a long, slow blink.\
"I'm listening."
