"I would like to join the Crows. But while still being a Dragonling. I want to be a Crow, and a Dragon. The first, I assume, to belong to both gangs."
Rai would wait to see what reaction he would get.

Wherever Marcus was, there was a desk nearby and currently he was smashing his forehead into it repeatedly.
"I mean CAN YOU EVEN DO THAT!?!?!? What about....CONFLICT OF INTERESTS! I mean Jesus FUCK You Guys this has GOT to be the DUMBEST IDEA!"
Though they shared a common goal, the Crows and the Dragons, in Marcus' opinion operated on entirely separate fundamentals. Both organizations had thier own politics and methodology. Hell just trying to Untangle the Chain of command Rai would work under made his head hurt.
"Orders Sir?" Fox would ask tentatively, knowing full well it was best to let the Alpha blow off steam before approaching him. Marcus simply looked at his second and shook his head. "Unchanged. GOD I wish I could see the look on First Blacks face right now."

Delilah blinked.
And blinked. And blinked.
"You...you want to what?"
She just stared at him. And blinked. For several minutes, that was all she did.
Then, Delilah frowned and stepped forward, now just three feet away from him.
"Fight me."
Not a request; a command, made all the more obvious by the flinty quality of her bright blue eyes.

Shit.
Rai didn't see that one coming, and honestly how his last encounter with Delilah ended he wasn't sure how good this one was going to go...
"Uh... yes ma'am?"
Rai unclasped his training weights and got into a boxer like stance but he kept his palms open instead of closing his fist. Then he would run forward towards Del and try a leg sweep.

Delilah's stats (W/items excluding Shinju and Hiraikotsu)
Strength: 55 Dexterity: 60 Constitution: 58 Intelligence: 62 Wisdom: 53 Charisma: 54
As Raikotsu went down for a sweep, Delilah aimed a knee for Raikotsu's head, both getting her feet out of the way of the sweep and attacking him in one fluid motion.

Rai got knocked back by the blow, she was quick how he had forgotten already was beyond him. Alright, getting up Rai got into a boxer stance, this time waiting for the attack. Maybe he would have a better chance if he wasn't the one attacking.

As Rai settled into a boxing stance, Delilah pivoted on her right foot and moved forward, aiming a fast jab for his face, a hook for his kidney, an upper cut to his stomach--
And while she did all of that, a baseball bat kick to his shin as she pivoted initially to launch all of her body weight into it.

Rai's sixth sense kicked in as Delilah moved Rai would immediately drop to his knees but he wasn't fast enough to dodge the hit to his shoulder that was originally meant for his kidney's. As the full body kick, now aimed at his thigh, came in Rai quickly tried to grab her leg and spin his torso with the kick in hopes to sling her away.

And his slinging away of her would work, though as she did, she spun with the momentum he had urged her away with, and lifted her back leg (that was already coming up for balance) to kick him in the side of the head as she spun away.
Landing lightly on her feet, she pivoted to face him, standing with her hands at her sides. Watching. Waiting.

Rai didn't have enough time even with the extra sense, and got the kick solid to the face knocking him aside. His eyes darkened for a second but Rai bit his cheek to force himself to stay conscious. Looking at Delilah staring at him he would will out two balls of blood the size of baseballs and having them float around his body connect via super thin blood line that would be near invisible to the naked eye. Once that was complete if Del hadn't moved yet Rai would charge at her willing both of the balls to go round her side. Rai went for an uppercut to Del's chin while one ball would try to hit her in the right hip as the second went for her left shoulder.

She watched as two little red balls began to form in the air beside him, causing her to lift an eyebrow. An interesting Qi.
"So soon?" she sighed, a little disappointed. Well, she would see how long she could draw out not using her own Qi.
As he came at her, she responded to his upper cut with a light tap to his forearm, deflecting the fist up and past her chin. Grasping him by the wrist now, she swung to the side to lock his shoulder and arm behind him (and bending him backwards slightly in the process if successful), avoiding one ball of blood and getting the other right between her shoulder blades. She hissed in pain; she had forgotten her nulls didn't work on Qi based attacks...in fact, Qi hurt MORE. Ah, well.
In retaliation, if she had gotten the lock correctly, Delilah would raise her free hand to bring it down on his chest in a hammer fist, letting go to let the force of the blow shoot him to the ground.

As Delilahs hammer punch came at him he swung his free hand as fast as he could to try and knock away her punch while the fist blood ball that missed her would circle back to try and hit her in the face. The blood ball that had hit her in the shoulder blades would splatter after the hit and would harden immediately on her back.

While her dropping fist would be deflected, the force of her dropping her body should drive him down to the ground given their positioning. Unfortunately, this already guaranteed her own descent to her knees and thusly would not be able to prevent the blood ball from hitting her in the face.
At least, not fully.
Qi activated: Level Tungsten
Delilah's stats with Qi: Strength: 77 Dexterity: 68 Constitution: 83 Intelligence: 50 Wisdom: 53 Charisma: 39
Silver flashing over her skin and reflecting light brightly around her with the suddenness of it's appearance, the mechanic ducked her head to let the little blood ball sail over her head.
"If that's how you want to play it..."
The hand holding his locked limb would suddenly protrude a sharp spike, sending it directly into his flesh as it formed. Then she forced herself back and away from him again, if the attack worked, throwing a roll to the side to regain her standing posture, silver flickering like molten metal over her skin.
A taste of what was to come.

Rai felt the stab of pain and could feel that she had broken skin. First blood has been drawn. Rai held up his hand at Delilah as she rolled away willing the blood connection to the blood on her back. The blood came back to life and quickly stabbed its way into her back, as she turned her skin to metal, hopefully Rai's blood was fast enough to penetrate the soft skin or strong enough to break through the metal. If the blood was able to get under her skin he manipulated microscopic blood lines to go and attach themselves to Del's shoulder joints then they would lock up those joints hoping to temporarily prevent her from using her arms. Rai would run towards her as he did this jumping up in the air for a spin kick hoping to land his left foot into the side of Delilah's face.
