He said teasingly. But he shot Karen a wink. He knew she needed help holding onto his soul, but she had done well.

Hell all of the elemental Dragons seemed to be in the same boat.

"Maybe I'll learn the ability Barker said runs in my blood. Sounded like an Ares thing. Take a shit load of damage and then unleash a super powerful attack."
He shot his fingers like a gun. He had no idea how it worked.

Dionysus would take the fake shot to the chest and fall out of his seat and lay dead on the floor. Pandora would move over.
"Oh no, your not getting out of eating your veggies that easy."
And she would dump the plates remainder on his head. Hector and Karen would laugh as Dion sprang to life.
"You know, maybe its a training thing. You acted it and willed it so much it became so. Perhaps thats what you need to do with this one."

He snorted at the scene unfolding in front of him. Poor Dion. Drowning in vegetables. Was every family dinner like this? Was it just this family? He hated Dion and Karen a little at that moment. Jealous of what they had, what he never could.
"Perhaps. I was thinking about just almost dying again and forcing it out. But I could try to will it out as well."

He grinned and saw that it was almost clean up time. Which meant he should probably leave before he got roped into doing chores. He did enough of that at home.
"Well, thank you again for inviting me into your home. You have all been very kind and given me much to think about. I hate to leave so soon but I regret my work is still not done for the day."
He stood up and bowed to them.
"If I may be excused?"
