Enemy of the Gods (GM)

[Mr. Kaar]

Zeus would shift uncomfortably in his throne at the mention of the word Titan. Hades would wait for the continuation of the concerns, while Poseidon's face would become a bit more serious as ripples began to plague the pool of water beneath his throne.

"Very, well. What have you learned?"

Zeus would ask, he knew already Ares wouldn't bring it up unless he had already looked into it.

[Mathew Amtrum]

"I've learned that they are here, and all of them dwarf us in size and I suspect power. I watched their Guardian kill Leon Sudeki without effort. One of them aged me twenty years with but a touch, and another gambled with me for my soul. Granting me a wish upon my victory."

He glanced at Hades. He had mentioned Chaos before.

"They seem to have in interest in collecting the souls of Gods. They do not fear us, they do not respect us and I feel that they believe that what we have is rightfully theirs."

Which was troublesome.

"If we could enlist their aid I think they would be a huge boon to our cause. If left unchecked I believe them to be a bane. So while I propose diplomacy I also feel it wise to carry a very big stick. One that would make even a Titan tremble. And so I come to you asking for your knowledge. If anyone in the world would have the means to strike fear into the hearts of Titans it would be you three."

[Mr. Kaar]

Zeus would sit forward a bit folding his hands in front of him with his elbows resting on his knees.

"The Titans vanished a while back. There is no telling why they resurfaced now. As far as I know an all out war between us would first rip both apart into many different sides and factions, then into blood feuds. Neither side would be victorious and the cycle would restart much like the war against Kronos. Some Titans side with us, some Gods side with them."

Hades would speak up this time.

"They have much different techniques and powers however. As you have seen none here have the kind of power to age someone like they did, or grant wishes. In this it comes down to our brute strength and strategies. Though with our numbers with Odin, Ra, and Pegasus at our heels against them tides would definitely sway."

Finally Poseidon, who would pull his Trident from behind the throne.

"What your looking for is the weapons. A large stick, much like my Trident. Hades Scepter, and Zeus's Thunder Bolt. Ares, you yourself have a Mace, though it has been stored at Hapheastus Forge until needed, much like the other Gods weapons."

Which Mathew should know, like Artemis bow, Dionysus staff, etc.

[Mathew Amtrum]

"Yes. I think weapons would do nicely for said large stick. Providing that they are powerful enough. We need to show them that we are powerful enough to take heed. As it stands now they seem to see even as as playthings."

A fact which did not bode well in his mind. He was nobodies plaything. He was a man and would make his own destiny.

"I know the Thunderbolt defeated them before. And your Trident and Scepter are some of the most powerful weapons ever forged. I ask that you allow me to arm myself with the most powerful weapons we can muster. If I am to be the Avatar of War than I shall strike fear into their hearts if we can not sway them to our side. All in the name of the large war we find ourselves currently embroiled in."

This time both Zeus and Hades would shift uncomfortably at the comment.

"Most of the weapons from back then are missing. The forge does not have the power and Haphaestus lacks the skill to recreate them. For now, I would take your own mace. It would serve you better than what we do not have."

Poseidon explained.

He frowned, that was dire news to say the least. If the God's did not have them then who did? And when were they lost? Questions that must be answered if they were to keep The Titan's in line and stop Strike.

"And where were the items lost? Under what circumstances did they go missing?"

He asked.

[Mr. Kaar]

Zeus would answer.

"Durring the war, or more accurately right after. Around when the Titans vanished. We had always suspected them of taking the weapons. They made them with the help of the Forge after all."

[Mathew Amtrum]

"Would it be possible to find someone who could reforge them? Perhaps if we found the Cyclopes of old?"

Were they even real? He wasn't sure. It was hard to know what was myth and what was real anymore. He never would have thought he would find giant Titan's, and yet here he was.

[Mr. Kaar]

"The Cyclops, or the molds."

Zeus would nod, as Hades explained.

"The molds where what gave the weapons their strength, and the forge that completed them gave them their powers."

[Mathew Amtrum]

"So we have three options. Locate the weapons themselves. Find the molds. Or the Cyclops to remake the molds and weapons?"

No pressure or anything like that.

"Do we have any kind of leads on any of those? Or am I to be released without a scent?"

[Mr. Kaar]

Zeus would speak.

"The only thing we can say for sure is the molds where made from stone, huge boulders on the islands of Hawaii. The weapons and Cyclops we can only speculate."

[Mathew Amtrum]

Mathew would bow.

"Then I shall begin my hunt. Trust that we guard the remaining weapons well M'lords as War is surely coming."

Strike would not wait long for his next move.

"If it pleases you I shall fetch my Mace and continue our preparations? Is there anything else you would ask of me before I go?"

[Mr. Kaar]

Each god would incline their heads in turn.

"Let us hope you succeed then."

[Mathew Amtrum]

"I do not know failure."

Bowing once more he took his leave and would head to the forge to see one John Summers. This time without the intention of kicking his ass. But the day was still early.

[Mr. Kaar]

That's where summers would be. Doing mild repair on some of Zeus's armor. When he spotted Mathew he'd pull his mask up on his head.

"Oh jeeze what'd you break this time?"
