"Fair enough. The problem is the deal was for another territory, not 259. They get to play at a loop hole and we suffer for it. Though Asiv has his ways. If nothing else, the test should be fair."

To put it bluntly.
"My Squad is partially functional, but I'll carry it. You have one of your command squad just up and leave in the night and his partner is fumbling over morality. Yet another squad has someone stuck in quarantine from what I've heard. And I think another one just has a member straight up AWOL. Prota will chew them up and spit them out unless they figure out how to come together."

Leon would sigh. It was the same thing he knew and thought. Hearing it out loud though really irritated him.
