He'd take her face in his hands and smile broadly before swooping in for a kiss. He let out a gentle moan against her mouth before-
"Thank you. I don't know what happened...exactly but. Thank you for bringing me back."

Kyrie may as well have been putty in his hands considering she leaned lightly into them, content to soak up the warmth of a familiar touch that had been missing for far too long.
"You are welcome." A hand snaked between them a moment, her thumb brushing against his chin. "I would do all it again if I had to, including experiencing what you did when you brought the tornado down. Even knowing what it is like, now, yes, my silly dragon."

David blushed. He didn't know what that meant but hearing her call him "Her silly dragon" was like a flash to the past, and it only aroused him more. He let out a little growl.
"Stay with me."

David bit his bottom lip and slunk in, pressing his lips to her neck before giving a gentle suckle.
"If I have my way, you won't ever have to leave again."
He'd slide his fingers up the back of her shirt, resting his palm between her shoulder blades.
"I want you."

Obliging - needing - the motion, the contact, Kyrie tipped her head to the opposite side as her eyes fluttered closed. Electricity zipped through her, down her spine to arch it even as his hand trailed upward. She declined to respond to his initial words but focused on those that followed, tucking her chin and turning her head just a little, just enough to brush her lips against the top of David's ear.
"I need you."
Her fingers slid lightly against his neck, up to tip his chin up just enough as she pulled back the slightest bit so she could kiss him again, this time deeply as she shook off the last vestiges of her short sleep...
...fade to black...
